Paper towels everywhere the sink was black with caked on filth and the Cumberland Farms standard "Our goal is to provide a clean restroom" sign with the number to call was conveniently missing from the wall, the staff was less than personable. This is an exception to most visits I've had to any Cumberland Farms. I hope it was just an off day for this particular store, but I'm not sure I'll be stopping at this particular store again.

Can I give less than one star?…read more One of the worst Cumberland farms I have ever been to. Considering I drive all over New England for work, this is really saying something. Store is dirty and non well stocked, drink machines are not working properly and coolers are anything but cool. I'd worry about food contaminations from this store. Getting gas is a hassle. The attendants stop the pumps continuously. When approached they say you need to stand next to the nozzle at all time. Okay, that is correct, but when you can't see the side of the truck I am pumping gas on, how do you decide when someone is not near the nozzle. Avoid this store, avoid the workers, stay safe and healthy and don't purchase or consume anything from this store

I left everything there so transaction could be voided and my $75.48 would get refunded ... nope no managers on ..went back next day same excuse Three days later after speaking to manager who was kinda rude to me Still same spot. No money or items. He's Gotta call his boss who's gotta call her boss blah blah blah even tho clerk wrote a letter, kept everything and dude isn't just gonna believe me he said like I was lying.
