I get that everyone is human. I never complained and continued to support this pharmacy. However, after today I am done. I need a specific medication for migraines that is taken monthly. I sent my refill in on the app like I always do. I went to pick it up and after waiting about 15 minutes they tell me I need a PA. I asked the tech, confused, "Since when?" She responded very rudely with, "Since now. You'll have to call your doctor tomorrow." I informed her that I never needed a PA before and it just seemed odd that I do now. I called my insurance and they fixed the issue right away. I go back in and they are already working on it, which is great. Then they tell me my coupon for my co-pay (which is $200) isn't working. I download a new one, activate it, and give them that. Still apparently isn't working. At this point I've been waiting inside the pharmacy for an hour and a half and they are technically closed. I'm now being told (by the same rude tech) that I'll have to try again tomorrow because... wait for it... THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE IT IN STOCK. I would love to know why I wasn't informed of this from the start. Instead of being with my kids after working all day, I sat in a pharmacy for over an hour and a half for no reason. I'm officially done with Abeldt's and will be moving all mine and my family's prescriptions to Lufkin Pharmacy first thing in the morning. Editing to add: Spoke with Erika, a manager this morning. She was very kind and apologized for the situation. She made sure everything was taken care for today. I am still moving pharmacies, but appreciate all Erika did to help.

She wouldn't let me explain what I was told by my insurance company and kept talking over me. I do not like being spoken to like I am a child or an idiot. She needs to work on her phone skills.

Left this location about an hour ago with a nice, new, but not life threatening injury from the…read moreshopping carts. Very friendly and polite staff, but could use more cart return slots or more frequent cart collection. I grabbed 4 shopping carts from around my mom's car as she pulled into a parking space. The nearest cart return was a bit of a walk, and rather full, and some awful customers left their carts in places that can easily damage other cars. In the process of grabbing the carts, I sliced open my finger. The cut was small, but deep. By the time we reached the front door to the store my finger was dripping blood. The greeter at the door was kind enough to get me some paper towels for the cut. I grabbed a box of bandaids off the shelf and my mom kindly paid for them. And when I notified the gentleman at checkout, he was quick to notify customer service to clean up the carts. Great team present. I'm sorry that some of your customers are so lazy and show 0 concern for others, however, making y'all work harder.

Certainly not the worst I have ever been to. I was able to find what I was looking for fairly easily. Items were priced correctly. As with most Wal-Mart's, their check out is usually their downfall. Long lines and people at the self checkout who have no idea how to use it. This Wal-Mart has a Subway inside. Most of the ones in Houston have a McDonald's so I was happy to see a better dinner option.

The girls there are always put out by you calling. It's horrible service. Trent the pharmacist literally told me to "not call this F*%*^ing number again". I've used this pharmacy over a year now. Without warning, they dropped my 81 year old dad as a patient. I've never dealt with such rude and unprofessional people in my life.
