The government has…read moreso many restrictions on controlled substances that we can't get our medication until the very day it is due and then you are out for the next 3 days. This is what makes people commit suicide! When they are in so much pain that can't be controlled accept through the mercy of your company. My husband and I are both disabled and were forced to have to use this pharmacy after our insurance was switched because of being retired. I had a wonderful caring pharmacy that never in 20 years of using them ran out of a pain medication. I have had cancer and over 20 surgeries including both knee replacements. It is all I can do to get out of bed and that can't be done unless I have my pain controlled. Shame on you! Shame on you! Is someone that works there taking the pain medication like they were when my sister was in the nursing home? This is just unacceptable! I would give anything to have my old pharmacy back!

I shop at this Walmart a few times per week and I appreciate the workers here. I see customers…read moretreating workers bad for no reason. Before we ever leave a bad review we should always consider what the other person is or may be going through on their job. Sometimes we can allow are flesh to think for us. We walk into a business and shop for 30-60 minutes but that person your about to complain about has been on their for the last 10 hours, with one break, getting paid $14.75 ph, single parent with a sick child at home, cannot afford the high health insurance, doesn't get paid if they call off work, and they have a dream for their future they just have to do life right now first. I think we should all be just a little slower to complain and be quicker to explain. Just my thoughts.

I went to my bank and found that the check had never been presented to my bank. This was verified by my bank. A Ms. C Foster stated that she had sent me a letter, (remember I said I moved) so the letter was returned ) so she stuck the letter and check in a drawer and no doubt planned to sue me for it. When I tried showing her that the check had never been presented she denied that, practically calling me a liar, and demanded that I pay a service fee for the check. Seeing as how I have little choice than to pay I would like everyone who uses Phipps Pharmacy to know how little they value their customers. I will be there Monday to pay her in full and I pray she sleeps as well in her bed tonight as she sleeps in hell later on. Businesses have no empathy for their customers anymore and all they are interested is money. As much money as they make I seriously doubt that big $20 made a difference to them. However my family has eaten Ramen noodles for the entire month and felt lucky not to be living in a card board box. I will never do business with this pharmacy again. It seems that the only way to get through to these people is to vote with our pocket book. WalMart, being a very large, what you would assume to be impersonal company takes time to explain and help you any way they can. They even text you or call you when your prescriptions are ready. They are friendly and always greet me with a smile. They were appalled at the actions of Ms. Foster and said that was not the first time they had heard such complaints. My husband has been using WalMart for a year now and he has had not the slightest moments trouble with them. I will be transferring my prescriptions to the immediately.
