After 5 pm, they called to see if I could come the next day instead, because they had so many walk-ins for the vaccine, they had miscalculated the time. When I said I was not available and asked if I should not come, they said no, they would still take care of me. Approximately 10 minutes later, they called back (while I was on my way) to say that they had given away my vaccine and had no more available. While every phone call was polite, I would never go back, as I find this lack of organization (and the basic inability to count) frightening for a place that is supposed to be handling the health care of others.
