Use to be 24hrs which was great. Now its it sucks. You have to leave a message hope they get back with you. You can't just walk up to the counter and ask for your meds you have to type into a computer and wait. Only thing that seem to be okay is the drive tru but has long lines cause no body wants to go in anymore. All in all their new computer system sucks. It doesn't save the customer anytime. read more

We had a friend that got a seizure at 4pm and ran her to the hospital, we are out of town. The friend has Medicare from out of state. They would not let us pay for it, only this pharmacy could give us the medication. We arrive 5:59 and the pharmacy tech female was closing, we told her the situation but told us that they are there from 8-6 pm, like seizures happen only in the morning. Pharmacy can't manage to get my meds on my insurance - for over a year now! Have to stand in separate line to get it worked out every time I pick up something. Waited 15 minutes to get vaccine today (for which I had an appt and checked-in online as requested). People are nice but it's not well managed. read more

I used the drive thru since I just had surgery, pull up to get prescriptions and rep asked for my insurance info, gave her the name of it and she states she could not find it. She got pissy and said to just turn my scripts in to my insurance. No need to act that way and SHE DID NOT EVEN TRY. Seems odd that my insurance has not changed in 3 years and other CVS stores have the INFORMATION ON FILE. Will not go back. read more

I like this CVS. Always helpful friendly associates. We get all of our meds here. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

I have lost count of the times I have had multiple issues with the CVS on Weston Road, Evansville, IN. On numerous occasions I have called in refills and/or been auto called by them for a refill only to find it is not ready, not available, on back order, or they have no record of a prescription they have been filling for over a year. I understand the occasional mistake, but the pattern at this CVS is profoundly troublesome and time consuming. I am having to move my Rx account to a competitor to regain an acceptable level of service and competency. read more
