I showed up to pick up my prescription around 5pm. I was told that they did not have it. The drive thru technician is extremely rude, not a sorry or anything. After calling the pharmacy to question where my prescription was I was met with more rudeness. Apparently if you say this is bs, they lose all patience with you. They were trying to tell me and my wife that we were lying. After a 2 hour ordeal, they finally found the prescription filed under the wrong date. The icing on the cake was they didn't even have it attached to the correct profile. I updated all of my information last week, never received an email confirmation about my prescription. This pharmacy is lackluster and needs to be investigated. If this is how they treat their patients, I feel bad for the ones who frequent this location. If I were you, I'd take any prescriptions elsewhere. Just a lack of professionalism on so many levels and they want be help accountable. Walgreens should be ashamed of this type of service

When it comes to making pit stops on road trips if there's a Buc-ee's in the vicinity I'm stopping. So much to see, so much to choose from when it comes to snacks and sandwiches and such, and plenty of clean and sparkling facilities if you need to relieve yourself! Will I be back? I will absolutely be back!

The staff doesn't turn over at all and are all lovely. The SF cops hang out here so it is a great place to get the local updates w/o gossip. Great for quick propane exchanges as well!
