This seem to be an issue of the company itself as much as the individual store. I have been with Walgreens for decades and across multiple states. Over the last 10 years there seems to be a decline in their service and when you are dealing with peoples medications you don't need a decline in service. I have decided to move pharmacys after all of the years to one who can figure out customer service and supply.

So, what they offered, was to individually squeeze the tubes into a tub for me. I thought I had told them it wasn't a problem but think they thought I still said yes. They individually squeezed the small tubes in the tub for me, no charge, just to make me, a client who doesn't even use them normally, happy. I can actually see where they squeezed it for me. I am looking into switching pharmacies. Absolutely exceptional service-- above and beyond. Thank you, Heartland!

I called to get my prescriptions refilled for my son and was told that they no longer have an I…read morePledge agreement with the company that makes Accutane, the prescription I've been getting from them for the last 5 months, and we need one more month of to complete the regimen. I was told that I needed to search around for other pharmacies that currently have the "I pledge" agreement in place in order to get the last month of medication that we need. Further, that they didn't have knowledge of what other pharmacies that might have it, but I was given the standard answer of check with Walgreens or CVS. Red Flag #1. Next, I was told that they didn't have TIME to re-enact the I-pledge agreement because they were on hold for too long and that it really wasn't their problem. What?! Red Flag #2. Thirdly, regarding a question about Covid-19 home test kits they claimed that they do not want to carry OTC Covid 19 tests because they thought they were too expensive at $50, and, therefore, they just didn't want to go to the trouble. Red Flag #3. In summation, there was no heads up for my family that we would need to find a new pharmacy for this specific drug that we've been getting from them for the last 5 months. That they are too stupid and/or lazy to remedy the problem. Covid-19 precautions are too much of a hassle for them, and they feel they have no moral, or business ethical reason to take responsibility for anything, saying, "it's not our problem." If a problem crops up the staff has a always contacted the prescribing physician to get the situation resolved. The entire staff is friendly and helpful as only a hometown Pharmacy can be.

My Doctor's office contacted this Pharmacy for getting my Dexcom supplies. This was in January!!!…read more Haven't heard anything from them yet they lied to my Doctor's office and said they had been trying to call us and we didn't answer. That's a lie. I am probably the only person that answers ALL my calls... even when it says Scam likely. So today I call them to inquire why they lied to my Doctors office. They didn't know what to say but you can bet they got defensive. The girl, Crystal, that answered the phone was rude and would blatantly speak over us. Then she got, Paige, the Pharmacist, on the phone which was just as bad. They stated, "your wife's name is Crystal and her number is blah, blah, blah... so we had to have called her to get her name and phone number". We had our Doctor's office on the phone at the same time and they advised us that THEY gave the Pharmacy her name and number. What an office full of liars. I would NOT recommend this Pharmacy to anyone! NoBody!!! Everyone shop elsewhere and get yourself some decent service. Two, almost Three Months and NO SERVICE from these people at this Pharmacy. "It's cool to help the customers but there are other things to do! He can't sit there and do the whole thing for her!" I told her I'm here to pick up a prescription and she says it will be ready in just a few minutes. So it gave me time to look around this lil drug store. I was surprised on how much stuff they carried and the prices were reasonable. So after about 5 mins of looking around she called me up and said her meds were ready.
