I had a scheduled visit for exam at the CVS I arrive ahead of appointment and this little witch opens her door and saw i was wearing a Charlie Kirk shirt and without hesitation tells me my appointment is canceled! Then I ask why I was not told before and she goes off with her liberal tyrant talk and tells me to leave and she is going to block me from all CVS stores, I mean give me a break, I don't live in the States any longer here for a visit and won't be back! read more

Ran into the store to pickup a few items. It's nice to have a prescription, a few groceries with makeup in a small store while still maintaining a large variety and selection. The clerk was helpful and polite. read more

Sitting at the minute clinic for over an hour past my appointment. The lady keeps telling me she will be with me shortly, she's in the room alone with no other patient! I just don't understand how she's doing nothing while I'm an hour past my appt. So much for minute clinic being a short experience. Go to urgent care- do not come here! read more

Very poor service from the pharmacy. Rude and disrespectful employees make it exceptionally difficult to get the proper help needed. Multiple visits and the employees act as though they don't want to help you, they want you out if their hair. The main store employee have been more than amazing. Great interactions every time. Pharmacy needs a revamp. Needs less entitled employees. read more

This is the best CVS in the country and believe me, I know. It is the staff that makes it over and above.

My wife went in for the minute clinic, signed in and was told it would be about 30 minutes. We sat and waited over an hour. The nurse came out and told my wife that it was too late and she would have to come back another day. My wife was sick and could have gone elsewhere but waited there to be seen. Minute clinic was a Waste of 4 hours of my time. She said they were going to lunch and then did mot , I then came back and they had went to lunch. They could not find my insurance even though it was an in network provider and wanted to charge $129 that's more than my standard doctor for a nurse practitioner and a AP minute visit what a joke!! This is a great CVS. The staff in the pharmacy is always helpful. In fact, all the employees are. I live with my 92 YO MIL, so yes - I go to CVS a lot! I also took my 23 YO son to the minute clinic on Saturday. The wait was quite long - but the NP was able to diagnose and treat his middle ear infection and ruptured eardrum that his physician completely missed 2 days prior. The Dr. just said adults don't get ear infections, took a quick look -(or put the otoscope in his ear and pretended to look) and missed the bulging eardrum and pus that had been leaking from his ear for 2 days already. So thanks to April C for being thorough and helping get this cleared up. Wish we had gone there first. read more

Seth and Kathryn at the pharmacy are very nice and polite people. I came down here for a vacation when I forgot my medication. Had my doctor callin and prescribe it to me and they were so helpful. I really recommend this pharmacy to anyone, it's super close to Gulf Breeze and they really are better than anyone back home. 15/10 would recommend.
