I'm tired of them policing the self checkouts. This used to be a place I could go to buy personal items and get in and out quickly and discreetly. Now they either insist on checking you out or stand over your shoulder while you use self checkout. read more

Excellent customer service. Clerks are very nice and helpful. Pharmacist Tim Bernal offered a discount card that was much better than the card I had. Love this pharmacy. They've got everything I need including milk. read more

This is the worst pharmacy ever. I've been using them for a year now and I can't do it anymore. Will be transferring my prescriptions to the Target pharmacy. The pharmacists and techs are so rude, they are lazy, and have made several errors that have been extremely inconvenient for me. I used to work at a CVS pharmacy and I don't know how this store meets all of the corporate standards. read more

Worst experience I have ever had at a CVS. The customer service was terrible, I was slow in pulling up my insurance information on my phone, the young lady servicing drive through gets an attitude. Take in mind, no one is behind me. Then she says something smart to the other associate, so I could tell that she was talking noise. So I said that I will just come back when I have my information pulled up, giving her not attitude. I drove away gathered myself and came back with info ready. She now has an a bigger attitude with me, she opens the drive through basket, never acknowledges me, never says anything. I put my phone in, she gets it and walks away. Comes back, put my phone in the basket, still no conversation, walks away. So I'm sitting in drive through for about 5 mins. She comes back to say that I don't have refills on a prescription, take in mind, I'm not even there to get that prescription. Still giving me attitude, I say mam I'm trying to pick up my asthma medicine. She goes away and comes back and says, we don't have that is stock, it will be at least 2 days before its in. My reply, That's ok. I will call tomorrow and have it transferred. Grrrrrr! read more

Worst customer service ever. Asian lady working behind the counter basically told me they couldn't process a refund for me even though they had done it in the past because "it messes up the system." This was Sunday, she told me I needed a PA every month for a med I was on. That is not the way PA works, it's for 6 or 12 month. I had a major test on Monday and I was there Sunday to pick up my meds, well she basically told me I was screwed. I was i tears at the point of begging and pleading for her to give me the med and me pay for FULL PRICE for it and then run it thru my insurance company later after I get the mess sorted out because they weren't even open on a Sunday and she basically said, "sorry"... She basically told me I was welcome to pay full price for my meds but they would not run my meds thru my insurance afterwards to allow me to get a refund all because she was too lazy to do her job. I should've gone to Walgreens right across the street right then but I went to Walgreens today and the lady was so polite and nice! Never coming back here again which is a shame because the front employees are so nice! I bet this lady was just pissed she couldn't get work at much nicer Walgreens across the street. I literally switched pharmacies because this one sucks so bad, it's a whole new level of incompetent. They need to fire their staff and hire the ones from walgreen for a better pay. read more
