I HAD TO WALK OUTSIDE TO MAKE SURE THEIR BUSINESS HOURS WERE CORRECT. I had walked aisle through aisle in search of somebody. It was completely empty and I can not stop repeating that to myself and this was at 5:00 P.M. I went to the back to ask the Pharmacy techs if there was anyone to help me out but the girl in the back told me that the associate is somewhere in the aisles tagging items. I told her I just checked the place and it's empty. I thought to myself, if I was a thief....I can easily walk out of here with probably a whole bunch of items and even the cash register before anybody notices since there was no one there. The girl Pharmacy tech just said, "oh" and I told her "I'll just try looking for an associate again." I was kind of hoping she could have gotten on the CVS business phone and intercom'ed somebody to help at the front but I guess it doesn't really work that way. The guy that was working the Pharmacy was extremely busy& on the phone talking to customers so I def wasn't going to ask him to ping somebody up to the front. the store overall is very clean, I felt safe walking around in there and there was plenty of parking. They do have a Amazon drop point if you have returns from amazon. They have good range of selection of stuff from drinks, makeup, neccesities, and even baby stuff if you need something quick. Their prices are of course expensive though.

It's about four to five min ride back home, done with air conditioning running. I get home and immediately place in the perfectly functioning freezer. 15 min later, I go to have one. Through the wrapper, by touch, I know there's something unique going on. I opened it, put it under light, and see it's a pile of goop with a two - inch icicle inside. All four items were utterly ruined. I placed them back in the freezer and thought I'd type this review to maybe help someone out and to alert CVS here (though I'm not sure anyone still works there; I saw no one the last three times I've been there, btw) that this might be indicative of a problem there. I know I wasted 20-min, there, back and shopping and doing my own checkout, of course. Another five-min used in fooling with ruined item and SEARCHING FOR A "USED BY DATE (though that doesn't excuse squashed, softened condition either way)"- THERE WAS NONE. There was a space for it but no date included. I had no idea who to take it back to for a refund. Meanwhile, I had some games I was trying to get back to and didn't want to burn another half-hour Saturday evening going up and back again and maybe finding someone in-store to help me (while soggy ice cream packages melted completely). It's the slowest pharmacy on the planet but that's not my gripe. My gripe is they never answer the phone so you have to leave a message. Well, they don't call you back so there's no way to know if your prescription is being filled, what time to pick it up etc.. You call at 9:00 am she says it won't be ready till 2:00. You show up at 3:00 and it hasn't even been started. It's constant. It's every month. It's ridiculous. When I caught her in a bold faced lie about "Melissa" calling and leaving a voicemail (which I could hear Melissa in the background saying she didn't) and asked to talk to the manager she said" We can just transfer your prescription to another store if you're not happy with the service". I said no, I just would like my prescription filled please and would like to speak with the store manager please. I wasn't rude as a matter of fact I'm always overly nice. I believe these calls are recorded so corporate could easily pull up the recording to see I'm telling the truth. She got mad because I wanted her superiors to know how she's running that pharmacy. There's a reason for all the negative reviews on Yelp and Google and all over the internet. CVS corporate would be appalled at this store if they knew how it's being ran.
