WARN TRUCK DRIVERS!!!! Shopped at Walmart Kimball Tennessee…read more I have shopped and parked here for years. Without warning and without a knock on my door ( because I have a dog that would have barked) I got a call from dispatch that my truck was booted. $1000 fine. That will be deducted from my paycheck. That's not right. Walmart and Interstate have a SCAM!!!! They were quiet on purpose so that they would not wake me up in order for me to leave. When we run out of driving hours sometimes , a lot of the times truck stops and Rest Area parking is full. I get if you don't want us to park but Please knock on our door and give us an opportunity to leave. Great Sunday morning & now my daughter won't be able to take classes over the summer. I've worked hard and barely seen my family to earn a living and to keep stores ( including Walmart) full of supplies and food including medical supplies that families need. What I see now is Interstate and Walmart will do anything to take people's hard earned $$. Walmart & Tennessee we clearly get the message. STAY away from Walmart and to the guys that own and work for Interstate I don't see how you have a clear conscience while driving around at 3 am to prey on people that just wanted to rest a little. 10 percent to the Big Guy aka Walmart. $1000 is a ridiculous amount and should be not even be an option. Ripping off hard working men and women just trying to make a living. 5-21-2023 Walmart is a privately owned parking lot which means that they allowed and or called for Interstate to come do this. 15 trucks times $1000 each that's $15000. Within minutes. This is a racquet. This should be illegal. Something needs to be done to stop this. I wish people would stand up for the average guy and stop giving companies like Walmart money. As for me and my family we will never give Walmart another $1. I will spread the word as far as I can and to other Truck Drivers Never Park at any Walmart. After looking at reviews on Trucker path apparently this has been going on for 3 days. It's $3500 if they tow your truck. Warning to all truck drivers. Most people can't afford this.

Evaluation of Pharmacy services at Marcrom Pharmacy - full disclosure - I have been a pharmacist…read morefor 45 years and worked in every environment pharmacy offers from pure clinical services, inpatient, outpatient, large teaching medical centers, small and deployed hospitals and served the pharmacist in charge of all Air Force pharmacies late in my military care. I've worked in chain and independent pharmacies and civilian hospitals. The one thing that is key in delivering pharmaceutical care is to maintain focus on the patient. If your focus shifts from the patient to "the process" or insurance or any other "distractor" then that's when things usually start to run afoul. I have had three encounters with Marcrom's Pharmacy, two for the annual flu vaccine and one for a couple of acute care medications to treat an infection. The flu vaccine visits were very favorable with a professional and efficient staff. The acute care visit left room for much improvement. I was prescribed an oral antibiotic and a topical antibiotic ointment to treat an infection as a result of a medical procedure. The oral antibiotic was filled on the day it was prescribed. However, the topical (wound care) antibiotic ointment prescribed was not in stock. This is where things broke down from a pharmaceutical care perspective. First, there was no engagement from the pharmacist on how or what the patient (me) should do in the absence on this wound care med. Fortunately, I knew I had some over-the-counter ointment at home to get me through, but a non-medical person may not have known this and not known what to do. This could have been a significant wound care issue. Second, the clerk assured me they would notify me when the out-of-stock medicine came in. This did not happen. On day three I tried to call, got no answer, only to be point to their texting capability which I did. I texted them and asked if the ointment had been received and FILLED and to please advise. They responded, "Sorry about that! We do have that here whenever you would like to pick it up. Thanks!" Finally, when I arrived to pick up the prescription, that I had specifically asked in my text was "filled," the medication was not ready, and I waited for 40 minutes. They have a "will call" system so I know they fill medications for patients before they arrive, so patients do not have to wait but that wasn't the case for me. I asked the clerk if she would like my feedback and she listened politely, took my name and that's the last I heard. It's unfortunate this is a presentation of my profession, I know there are pharmacies out there who do keep the patient as the focus. I guess I'm still looking for one in Manchester.

Marcrom's Pharmacy is the best place in TN. for your scripts. They have several pharmacists working…read moreevery day and 3 or 4 registers working every day. They do not sell beer and/or laundry supplies like the chain pharmacies do, they do healthcare. They have weight loss programs and they can check your blood pressure and anything else related to keeping you healthy. They are the home town pharmacy that truly cares for you and your family and when you go inside, you'll become one of their family.
