Contacted the pharmacy prior to having the script sent here and was told by the pharmacist they would fill it and have the medication in stock. Prescription arrived and the pharmacist refused to fill. Stated there is none in stock but it could be transferred to another pharmacy in stock - if I found one. I asked why she could not order it - as the company said there are no supply issues and her pharmacy has been ordering it regularly. She was shocked that the drug company would give me this information and said she never heard of that occurring before and she would be speaking to her manager about this concern. She continued to lie stating they don't have the medication, it is not in stock and refused to order/fill it. I contacted corporate and lodged a complaint, received nothing, called back, and requested it to be escalated. Was told I would be contacted by the region pharmacist in 1 week. Never received any calls/voicemail/response. Utilized a friendly/quick compound pharmacy in the area. My eyes are opening to how big pharma works and chain pharmacies are a thing of the past for me after this behavior.

Aisles feel cramped in here, and you won't find all of what you need here. It is good to be able to stop and grab that one item you needed. But for an extensive grocery shopping you need to do, go to another location. Horrible to get into and out of this location and I have witnessed many near miss accidents at the intersection. They put in a blinking traffic light at the main entrance, but it doesn't really help at all.
