So far, I have had no problems at all in the past few months with them communicating with both former doctors where I used to live and my new doctors. They are very prompt and courteous. The pharmacy drive-thru is a double one so can handle twice the traffic; although I've never seen it actually being used. (Most patrons park and walk inside.) Both the pharmacists and their technicians are very patient with the elderly who flock here. I have to use Walgreens because of my insurance, and I'm glad this one is so nice.

We've all been there, still are there, or will be there in the near future. I love me some Target, like most women. It's overall a pretty great store- they have cute and affordable clothes, a ton of home decor/ furniture, usually a good amount of food and produce, pharmacy and more. Going on a random trip to stroll through Target is a fantastic use of an hour or two. This is one of two Targets in Lakeland, and is the south location. It's generally a super nice location, as most Targets are known to be. It's the one I frequent, but I do think the north Lakeland Target is the superior store. This south Target has a really random and small selection of produce, and they just never seem to have the overall stock that the north store does. They are out of random things at random times, so you can almost never conveniently get all you need in one stop if you are doing all your grocery shopping there. Otherwise, this store is awesome. They have a Starbucks, which can be nice if you want a caffeine/ sweet fix. The workers have always been so friendly in my experience, especially Miss Cheryle- she's a star, and deserves some high praise for how sweet she is!

There is never enough staff on duty. The pharmacy is always understaffed and the online system does not work correctly 95% of the time. Whenever the pharmacist sends prescriptions to the central pharmacy in Orlando, I never get my refills for at least 2-3 days and at times, like right now, it is going to be 5-6 days. Some of the people who work at the pharmacy window are downright rude and it is not unusual to have to sit in the drive through line for up to 15 minutes when there are only 2 cars ahead of you. When I called to ask about a prescription, the pharmacist (I presume) kept trying to talk over me when I tried to explain to him when I put in the request, the MD refilled it, and the fact that I knew why and how it went to Orlando for refill. When he finally said he could give me a partial fill, I check the website only to find "temporarily closed"! As I said, the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. Computer system goes down frequently or no staff to work, so the pharmacy has to close. Don't use this pharmacy, if possible. I may change soon.

This particular Target is no where near to where I live but it was in an area where I was running…read moreerrands, so I decided to pop in. I'm so glad I did. Inside it is much like any other Target. Organized with nice products and clean. But the difference between this one and the one closer to home? The employees. The workers here were so great. They were pleasant, and cheerful and not once did I get an defeatist attitude or a rolled eye when I asked a question like the other location. The first time, I was looking on a shelf, and a young lady popped up out of nowhere with a big smile and said "Hi! If you need any help, I'm right over here." And promptly disappeared from my sight. (When I looked, she was stocking a lower shelf right around the corner.) When I did have a question, the worker I asked was just as nice and helpful and did not make me feel like I was putting them out or wasting their time. Others just smiled and greeted me as I shopped. In fact, the whole experience was such a drastic difference from the other Target farther south, I actually said something to their Team Leader, and let her know that it was worth my time to drive out of my way to shop here at this store just because of the positive attitudes.

The one stall (handicapped) had feces on the toilet seat, floor and toilet and of course no toilet paper or paper towels. 1 out of 4 stall's the only one that had toilet paper but was also unsanitary. This is the reason why I refuse to use public restrooms.

My experience at this CVS varies a lot. The staff is so extreme with it being either SUPER friendly…read morestaff or very unfriendly staff. I appreciate that I get tons of coupons almost every time I make a purchase at CVS. However it is sad that CVS is so wasteful with paper at the same time. The pharmacy is overall typically on top of things. I personally would suggest going in on a weekday when they are less busy. There are two pharmacist in particular I recognize when I go in that are extremely friendly. CVS has a lot of overpriced items that I would personally rather just buy on AMAZON. However after major holidays a lot of their seasonal products go on sale, and are sold at an excellent price. I have gotten tons of cute items from this CVS such as a musical Mickey's 90th Birthday celebration Christmas decoration, Charlie Brown Christmas tree, etc. The location is great because Publix is only a few feet away. Sometimes I like to grab my groceries first then make a quick run into CVS.
