But today my review will focus on something else. Today I must say they were super heroes for my little guy today. Going to get vaccines once or twice is hard enough but trying to convince him to go get a booster took some effort. But we had a great lady who was so patient and she was such an angel. Today she was wearing a cape and got my baby son still enough to do that shot. He said he did not feel anything. And yes they give lollipops if you be brave. I believe anyone of all ages who do this is so brave. I enjoyed the care provided and the encouragement. If you want to go take your little ones in there for vaccines, it is a good place to go. It is a drug store but the staff providing injections have great bedside manners for children. I was definitely impressed.

Called today because my doctor emailed me at 8:30am stating she had faxed my prescriptions to the pharmacy so I wanted to call and be sure they were being filled and ask when they would be ready. The male that answered the phone insisted I wasn't in the system after only checking my date of birth and not even asking my name. I told him I was because I called yesterday and she found me. He then checks again, asks my name, still insists I'm not in the system, I tell him how to spell my name and he says I am listed at another location so "he was right". Then he keeps telling me that he has no prescriptions for me. I continually have to tell him that my doctor sent them over as he sits there silently. I state again that my doctor faxed them and I'm confused as to why he doesn't know where they are and he finally finds them then says they should be ready by 6pm (it's currently 10am). I repeat "ok so if I come there at 6pm they will be ready to pick up?" he says "they should be". I thank him and he just hangs up. Sir, if you hate your job so much please get a new one. Most of the other negative reviews are due to this man's rudeness so maybe CVS needs to take notice and hand him a pink slip. I only gave 2 stars because the woman yesterday was nice. I'll update my review after I receive my prescriptions.

It doesn't make sense you can't use your UCard when you pick up groceries but you can use it inside the store. This was a major inconvenience for me considering I just had a major surgery and I wasn't able to walk in the store!

Had my annual physical yesterday and the physician sent 5 prescriptions. When I went to pick them up today, I was informed I could not pick up 2 until tomorrow. I always grab a magazine to read since the wait is always long and I had enough time to look through the entire magazine - twice - before she came back. She said they hadn't had time to put the Rxs away yesterday so she had had a hard time finding them. She was entirely unapologetic about the abysmal service. Then I had to wait until the pharmacist came over and literally touched the screen. I pointed out they were not new meds so I shouldn't have to talk with the pharmacist and I had already waited a long time.
