Pharmacist/techs were rude and lacked empathy. Incompetent, said they couldn't see my prescription, refused to 'refresh' to see it. Called my provider, who could see the prescription but sent again, again asked pharmacist to refresh and they could then see both. 30 min wait after this to get the prescription filled. So sick, needed to sit down, when sat down in the vaccination chairs was told couldn't sit there and wait. No waiting area. Terrible pharmacists. Logged BBB complaint and executive complaint. When a customer visits the pharmacy straight from the ER with torn ALC to pick ip prescription, but told it isn't ready. Asked if they could fill the script while we were there because person needing the meds didn't have.a vehicle to come back the next day. Since it was 10 minutes til closing (and that was their words) they couldn't fill the script. May karma find them needing someone with a heart someday, and it isn't bestowed upon them. This pharmacy is as bad as I expected based on these reviews. They need to close. The place looks like a run down prison on the outside. The drive thru is just as creepy. They can't open the window to serve you, can't get your name right even thought I spelled it 4 times, just make shit up and say they don't have your meds because they DIDN'T FIND YOU because they're incompetent ... This CVS is a 2 minute walk from my apartment. I've been coming here for about 5 years. I think Millie (Store associate) has been helping me since I started coming here; she is always kind and attentive. I couldn't ask for a better person to help me, than Millie. Thank you! Worst Pharmacy / business I have ever dealt with the people are inept and downright nasty that Pharmacy is leased It's not part of CVS and they do nothing to help. They're slow as molasses. I have been waiting for medicine since Wednesday, it's now Saturday. I spoke to Charlene who was very rude and sarcastic. I asked for her manager, I was transferred to Lauren who wouldn't turn down her music to help me. I asked for the cvs corporate number. Which is 1.800.shop.cvs, I spoke to Hillary who listened to my whole experience and promised me the general manager would be informed. I have never had this type of service from cvs, I am still waiting for my medication and frankly I am shocked. read more

Called to ask if script was ready and they said yes. When I arrived they said it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. Came back two days later and no one even arrived to the pharmacy until five minutes after opening, didn't acknowledge me as they opened the pharmacy and then told me my script wasn't ready. Walked away... so I explained I had already been told it was available. She said my insurance didn't cover it and I explained she didn't even have my insurance info. Then she says that's why they didn't fill it. Would have been great if anyone asked for that. Again she just walks away... just ignores me so I told her to cancel script and had to have my provider call in to another pharmacy. Asking clients at the counter what medications they are waiting on so everyone can hear is a confidentiality breach. This doctor will not be returning. read more

In comparison to the Todd's rd cvs, this is a 4 star. I've been picking my husband's meds up from here the last two months or so becuAse i was tired of waiting an hour or more at the other location. I've pretty much had the same people wait on me here and so they knew me when i had to come back a few different times. They've definitely been more helpful that the other location. We were going to. Maybe they've gotten better over the past year. I will note though once you commit to the drive thru you. We'd to commit , no getting out of line if it's taking too long since it curves around the back of building and here is retaining wall on the hill. read more

Let me start by saying I love CVS. This specific CVS I have only been to because I need to pick up meds my doctor ordered for me. This specific store carries all the odd and end or rare meds that most of the CVS in Lexington and Winchester does not. Thank goodness for that. The wait here is usually pretty long even at the drive thru. The store itself is always clean. The service here isn't the best. They are really in no hurry what so ever. In recent history with this CVS location, I'd rate them a five, but the past history with the pharmacy side was bad. So bad that even though this is the closest pharmacy to my parents' house, they refuse to go back. I am not as hard-headed and find myself here often during my visits with my parentals. What was so bad you ask? They cheated my dads prescription more than once. The first time, I thought he was mistaken. Then the very next time I counted the pills myself... three short. I was livid and of course addressed it with the store management, but they did nothing. Honestly, that was years ago. My most recent experience: I walked in and Shannon immediately assisted me. Horrible service. I dropped off and was told 2 hours which is a very long wait time compared to other places. I called after an hour and a half to see if it was ready and was told by Marleen (sp?) the same person I dropped it off with that there was no prescriptions at that location for him. I had to argue and was told oh yes they have it but it wasn't ready. Get it together cvs this is horrible service. I just picked up the medicine because I got a text saying to pick it up. He took my card and then I saw him mix the medicine. So it wasn't ready... and there is pill residue on the bottom of the bottle. read more

I'm never using this pharmacy again and it's less than five minutes from my house. The techs working the counter are always rude and not only did they lose my prescription I had to take before a procedure the next day, but they laughed at me and tried to accuse me of lying about my missing prescription. Walgreens had it for me in ten minutes once I was able to get a hold of my doctor. I tried to speak to an associate about the behavior of the pharmacy, and the woman I spoke to giggled and just shrugged and said "Sorry". I have transferred my prescriptions to Riteaid. This morning was the last straw, thanks to a young pharmacist who had the personal skills of a pit viper. I had been told my prescriptions would be ready on the fourth by one of the clerks behind the counter. Today this "gentleman " told me "Oh, no, no, the tenth." When I told him about what the clerk had said, he repeated his "Oh no, no, no" speech, hands waving as if he were signaling an incomplete pass. Okay, Monday. Then he had the nerve to tell me " Don't come in when we open. Come in about noon." I don't know about you, but I don't think an employee has any right to tell to tell a consumer when they can or can't come into a place of business which is open for business!! I have been a cvs customer for 2 1/2 years and exactly one person knows my name. I went to Riteaid and was greeted like an old friend. I can't tell you what to do. As for me, I intend to leave the Walden Drive Cvs and never look back. P.S: The prescriptions WERE able to be filled today despite the CVS young male pharmacist's mistaken insistence to the contrary. I would give no stars if I could. This is the worst pharmacy EVER! On hold one time for over 45 mins, next time 16 mins then finally 10 mins, all at the same time. Called main store she took a message and still no call for over 30 mins. All I needed was to know if they got my prescription because they always claim they never got it. Then I get there and the tech is talking to a girl holding a kitten! Seriously? Obviously my health means nothing. read more

DO NOT go here for the "quick" convenience of printing a photo. Save your time & money & drive to Walgreens instead. Nobody in the store knows how to use the machines, you have to figure it out yourself (you'd think they would have a sign or some sort of directions?!?), & after I got everything figured out, they were completely out of photo paper, so none of my selections would even print!!! Of course I didn't realize this until after I'd entered all of my selections a 2nd time! This is not the 1st issue I've had--been there before & they couldn't print anything 5x7 or larger on-site. Very limited functionality & pretty much worthless. Up the road, Walgreens has staff to support & much more capability. Don't waste time on photos here! read more

Great customer service every time I've been there , their is one guy named Andi who works the counter who always has a smile on his face and his having the greatest time with his customers. A easy place to pick up some thing up you might have forgotten at the store if you live in the Tates creek area and prices aren't that awful compared to the ghetto gas station across the street read more

I checked on Yelp for the business hours and they aren't here. Yelp is usually a simple place to find business hours so why wouldn't they be posted? Reading the reviews, I have to agree the staff at the pharmacy could use some training. Even if you are filling a prescription, writing out some documentation etc, it would be nice to acknowledge that a customer is standing at the register waiting. I have been there many times where there are multiple employees behind the counter and no one even says "will be with you in a moment".... instead they just keep working and eventually someone comes over, but it can be a long wait for that. Other times has been perfectly nice service, so just as a heads up to those employees who could use a reminder to be courteous to waiting customers. There should be something between M-eh and A-ok.... I think it is "just ok" ....and sometimes FINE. read more
