Got a call from them asking if they could contact my doctor to refill a prescription. I said yes. Got another call saying my prescription was ready. Went to get it, and guess what? I am no longer in their system. Over 20+ years getting my medicines and all of a sudden I don't exist. The guy running the drive thru looks like he doesn't want to be there, and the lady who helped me didn't seem to care! This isn't the first time Ive had a problem with them, but this is by far the worst!! Their new system is trash, and the pharmacist just stands in one spot clicking away on his keyboard. Terrible service!! I made an appointment to get my flu shot during my lunch hour. I arrived 15 minutes early and checked in when I got there. There was only one person ahead of me. The guy doing the shots completely ignored me while I stood there at the area where they give shots. I spoke to the lady at the counter a few times and saw she reminded him I was waiting. After 1 hour of standing there, I finally left. Then I got a text saying that I "cancelled my appointment". There were very few people waiting in line to get prescriptions. I've had other issues with their service. But after this issue I will remove my prescriptions to another pharmacy (non CVS) and will not return there. read more

If I could they would get 0 stars trying to get anyone to answer the phone is a joke .. 45 min on hold no answer .. get text messages saying scripts are ready .. go to pick up .. not ready .. rude techs that are clueless as to what they are doing .. just a joke .. seems like from all the reviews at other locations that cvs is going down hill read more

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I have to in order to post a review. They need to just disconnect the phone in the store because they don't use it as far as picking it up to answer a call. On hold 3 times during the day 20 min 15 minutes 38 minutes Unacceptable. read more

I am a Type 1 diabetic. I have an insulin prescription for 1 box of 5 insulin pens every month. This has never changed and was never a problem until I switched to the Loris, SC CVS pharmacy. They misread the prescription and say 1 box of insulin pens is for 3 months not 1 month. I once again am having to fight with them and involve my doctors office to get the prescription that was due to me in FEBRUARY. I am running out of insulin. I don't think they care and have no intention of getting my long standing prescription correct. They can even see in their computer that I receive 1 box a month but that doesn't matter to them. They NEVER answer the phone and are just completely incompetent. I've heard the excuse that its my doctors office, my insurance, they are short staffed etc. The CVS I used prior to moving to Loris never got it wrong. It's hard enough being a Type 1 diabetic and having to inject myself sometimes 8 times a day but now the added worry of having to fight to even GET my life saving insulin every month. I often get checks back from my insurance company because they NEVER get my copay correct and they overcharge me. They are going to kill somebody with their incompetance!!! I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had to in order to leave this review! read more

Over the years this store was a five star and people where friendly and never had an issue but past few months fell completely apart. Today I wanted a charger from the case they had locked I asked about it I got all we got more over there and I looked back they where talking with another customer both employees and I told my dad their not interested in sale if I can go elsewhere I would never set foot into another CVS read more

Always a different price on prescriptions. As if the employees dont know how to enter insurance information. And since they stopped selling nicotine, they're prices on other stuff seem to be going up. read more

I really don't know why this pharmacy has such bad reviews. I get my prescriptions filled here all the time. They are very busy most of the time. However, the ladies the work in the pharmacy are wonderful. They are always nice and explain to you if there is ever a problem. Most of the time when it's an insurance issue it's not the pharmacy's fault it's your insurance company. read more

The most inept pharmacy I have ever felt with. Only reason I got my scrips filled was because I called CVS Customer Service and complained.

I was very disappointed in this store! I have worked at a cvs/pharmacy before and I would have never treated any customers the way that me and my fiancé were treated! We went in there to check up on the after Christmas sales, and we were for once not in a rush so we took our time! They kept staring at us and making me feel uncomfortable, someone out of the pharmacy even walked up to us in a very sarcastic way and even rolled her eyes asking if we needed help! Used to get my prescriptions filled there. Everyone in the pharmacy are nice and helpful. Although at times it takes awhile to get refills due to the fact they get so busy but i would recommend the loris cvs pharmacy. read more
