We come here often. Have never had a bad experience at the drive through pharmacy-- the pharmacist is helpful in making sure you get the lowest price. My favorite employee is Jodi. Staff was impatient, rude, and unhelpful. There are times when they can't help. That's understandable. However, there are positive and pleasant ways to refer someone somewhere else and then there is the "we don't do that here." I'm shocked they can neither facilitate or communicate the proper way to dispose of EpiPens. read more

I got the flu vaccine and Covid booster at CVS. They emailed me two $5 coupons good for a $20 purchase. I tried to use the coupon at the pharmacy but they refused saying I had to use it in the store. Well frankly I find everything in the store way overpriced. What I needed was a break on the medicine I was buying. I ended up getting a couple of 12 packs of Pepsi at over $9 per case and a box of Breyers ice cream again over $9. Where is the savings? Should have forgot the coupon and went to Food Lion. She said they have no way to schedule a pickup date when the. 1st thing they ask when u drop off is when would u like to pick up. I wish I could give no stars. It's so bad. Refused to fill doctor prescribed meds. When I came in lady was yelling at pharmacy staff for negligence. I had to wait In three lines. Waited on meds for almost two days post op. Switched to Walgreens. The Walgreens that CVS refuses to transfer patients medications to. Stay away read more

I want to thank the pharmacy staff again for their professionalism and help on the morning of 2/4/2022 during a rush, phones ringing, people in drive thru, people inside waiting, a drug delivery, filling prescriptions, giving vaccines and answering questions. They maintained a friendly atmosphere thanking each other while working together to get through demands and orders. Again 2/4/2022 staff thank you ladies . I have read some of the reviews from people who use the drive thru, sitting on their a** impatiently waiting for their prescriptions and complaining about the wait, while they are inside trying to fulfill more than just your order.I'm guilty I was one who would get impatient in the drive thru line, but never complained. The way they do business in their pharmacy is a sad excuse for customer service. You are forced to call in and use the automated call in refill system and if there is any problems they just cancel like you never called in. The automated will tell you a time or date it will be ready by and the call ends. So you assume everything is good with no problems. If you cant get your prescription for some reason they don't bother to call, they wait for you to drive all the way there then tell you to come back. Its not their gas being run out or their time so they don't care.I could go on and on about stuff that has happened but anyone who has used them knows already...save yourself some time and go somewhere else. read more
