I moved to Middleton recently. This CVS is very close to me. I read the reviews and was not expecting much. But, I am confused because this is one of the BEST pharmacies and drug stores I have ever been too. The Pharmacy fills scripts very quickly and are extremely responsive. They are absolutely great in every way. On the retail side, they have been very helpful, warm and wonderful. I feel things must have changed for the better since people left those bad reviews. Either that or the competition wrote the bad reviews to bring them down. I want to thank everyone who works at this CVS! This pharmacy I must say is of the worst, customer service is terrible, there is always an issue picking up your prescriptions at the drive up, Conveniently when they are short staffed , Inform you that the systems are down. and can not process your order . change your pharmacy, Trust me, i was experiencing a Asthma attack and could not get my medication. Great place if your looking to deal with idiots- and get treated like one! Would love to see if being rude is one of the qualifications for employment here, cause all pharmacy techs have that in common. I get it you hate your job, but that isnt my problem so dont make it! Months ago I talked to a lovely young woman in the pharmacy after having been frustrated by this pharmacy. I had called the pharmacy to ask if the prescription my husband's doctor had sent got through. Yes, they were working on it. "I am on my way from the Emergency Room with him to pick it up. He had a bad post operative bleed, needed to be t home after a lengthy visit to the ER to stop the bleeding. After waiting 45 minutes I left, completely frustrated. I was getting bombarded with texts to get vaccinated. I had been up to date for many months. Tonight I called to see if my script was ready. I was put on hold until I finally arrived at the pharmacy (20 minutes) all the while listening to the vaccination advertisement. When I went to pick up the script I asked the young man if they ever answered their phone. He responded very bluntly, "no." "do you have a problem?" My response was that I had been holding on for 20 minutes. They did not have my script and had he answered it would have saved a trip. His excuse of being understaffed as well as being rude was unacceptable. There was no one waiting and no one in line. On a holiday evening at 7pm I don't think scripts were overwhelming.. No one working register and I have two gift cards along with other items so self checkout was Problematic. Staff seemed irritated to check me out. So I guess I will go into cvs only if I am buying a pack of gum. Great business plan read more

The store always has what I need. The pharmacy can be overwhelmed sometimes but usually quick and will work with you if you need it faster. Never a long line and they have two self service registers. Always a clean store with helpful employees and managers. read more

UNCARING STAFF!!! RAY GERARD was the manager on duty. when i arrived at 9:56. My grandmother was going in for a colonoscopy and i needed mag citrate, something that took 10 seconds. As i walked up, the manager (or employee) locked the door. I explained the situation and he raised his hand saying "sorry!". I am very disappointed in how he was so not understanding. i work in retail and would have absolutely sacrificed a small inconvenience for a good cause. read more

I travel 2 mile farther to go to Middleton , The Danvers CVS is good but always too crowded. I have transferred my prescriptions there because everyone is so nice and helpful, especially Ray the manager. He often helps me with the confusion of the cvs coupons Because of covit 19 and because I am high risk I have not been able to come in, I have my prescriptions mailed or go to the drive through, again the people are great ! I do wish there was curbside pick up because I only do curbside or delivery I am not happy with CVS.com read more

I have got to say I'm so disappointed in This CVS I've been using this cvs for about 2 years now And everything has been ok But today I can not believe how I was treated Yesterday my 6 year old son had surgery he was put on antibiotics to help me out my mom went to pick up the prescription She came home and put the Meds on the table since my son did not need to take it till the next morning. When we woke up the next morning I went to give my son his medicine and noticed it was a liquid and I've worked in medicine before so I was nervous about if it should have been put in the fridge or not and found out that Yes it's should have been refrigerated but no where on the bottle did it day to do this and my mom said that she was never told to put it in the fridge by any pharmacist. Well this Middleton cvs dose not open till 10am so I called a 24hr one and told them what had happened they really wanted to help but because this is a Saturday I had to Have the doctor call Middleton but she did say that it should not coast anything because we where not told to keep it cold Well let's just say that Middleton CVS was rude and REFUSED to help and is now making me pay $89 for the second bottle it's not like I have a choice my son just had surgery he has to have it I ask her about what Andover had said and she told me that's not how they do things she didn't care she suggested I wait till Tuesday when my Inshurance will pick up the cost again REALLY?? He just had surgery he can't wait & she was very rude and very cold I definitely will NEVER USE THIS CVS AGAIN YES I will drive 20 minuets out of my way Because obviously this CVS dose not care about their customers at all I'm a mom who is currently 8 months pregnant on disability due to preterm labor contractions so I'm very very tight ion money and because they could not be bothered with saying make sure to keep in the refrigerator and after hearing that they made a mistake the did not try to make it right I'm now out $89 THANKS A lot CVS FOR CARING I do plan on speaking to whom ever is in charge of that Pharmacy on Monday and then I'm transferring all of our medications to The ANDOVER CVS WHERE THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER IT STINKS Because ANDOVER Feels SO Bad & wish's they could help read more

I just want to give this place 5 stars!! I had a painful procedure done today, and was picking up my pain meds when I was told it would take about a half hour to an hour to be filled. But the lady at the counter noticed the pain I was in, and told me she would have it filled right away and to just sit tight and it would be ready very soon. Less than 5 minutes later she had it filled. Wish I could remember her name, but she was so sweet and caring to take care of me. Highly recommend this CVS. Such caring and sweet staff. read more
