Completely Incompetent Pharmacy I was on vacation in LA and needed a specially compounded prescription because, unfortunatley, I hadn't brought enough capsules from home. I called my Dr. in AZ and had a prescription sent to this Benzer location on a Monday morning. I called Benzer before 9 AM that same Monday and gave them everything they needed to send the prescription to me in NOLA, the address, room number, credit card, phone number, everything! Tuesday I followed up, reconfirmed the address...not ready. Wednesday 3:30 PM called to follow up, not ready but "they'll try" to get it out because I'm leaving Friday. I asked her to call me to confirm if they could get it out. An hour later someone called, but I didn't hear the phone. The message was "we close in 30 minutes call to confirm where you want the prescription sent." THEY ALREADY HAD THE INFORMATION FOR THREE DAYS AND I HAD CONFIRMED THE ADDRESS TWO TIMES! The end part of my trip was severaly compromised without the medication. I just wish someone had used common sense, read the infromation that I gave them and sent out the prescription before it was too late. I was disappointed and really angry that I took the time to make sure they had everything they needed right off the bat and they couldn't follow through. Luckily, I have access to much better pharmacies in AZ.

They are extremely ugly on the phone for the most part and they have hung up on me because of their impatience! I really dislike going to the pharmacy department in Minden La. Now the automotive department experience is wonderful each and every time I go there-no problem. I opened the package up to prepare them to smoke yesterday and I just couldn't cook them. They smelled so bad I had to throw them away. They past couple of times I have bought meat from HEB it has not been up to the usual HEB standards. What is going on with the quality of meat that HEB is selling? I drive over 25 miles one way to purchase meat from HEB. After the past few visits, I will be shopping for meat some where else.
