Customer service for seniors citizens…read more I get my prescriptions from CVS in Glassboro on Buck road. They of course sell other items. I buy my water from them. It is in a 24 bottle pkg. I am an older woman. I find it difficult to lift these. Most of the time an employee will load it into my cart and then put it in my car for me. They have complained about it. I was told that they weren't "that" kind of store. No carry out services. I continued to get my water there and sometimes it was pleasant other times not so much. On a recent trip there I asked about the water and was immediately told that they don't carry it out any longer. I then asked if it was corporate or store policy. It's my managers policy. I said hmmm. I hadn't bought any today. This doesn't seem like a way to run a business that deals with seniors. I plan to notify corporate myself as I have had no problems at other CVS stores. Just wondering if it's just me or are they doing this to everyone? Thanks

CVS pharmacy will not answer phone calls, so you can't stop in to pick up a prescription without…read morewaiting around for a return call. When you get there, you have to enter your name and information on a touchscreen keyboard, because they will not speak to you in the pharmacy until you have done so. The customer experience gets more and more tedious, the employees are annoyed that you don't want to do all the logging in, and the prices are higher almost every week. From a fun experience, CVS has become more and more of a drag.

Drive thru staff is rude, slow, dismissive...I could go on. I called several CVS stores around South Jersey to ask if they had it in stock, which is a chore since CVS doesn't allow you to speak to the pharmacy directly anymore - you have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back. This one did have it in stock, thankfully. When the woman called me back to let me know, she was mildly rude about my name, telling me that I pronounced my last name wrong in my voicemail, which....um...I somehow doubt that but...sure..? I remained appreciative in my response but whew, be nicer yall. When I went to pick it up, there was a line of about four cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. It did take some time to get through, but the guy manning the window was kind and apologized for the delay, which definitely made up for his colleague's behavior on the phone.

We were not patrons of this rite aid, and the pharmacy team stayed open an extra 15 minutes to ensure that our daughter got the prescription she needed. They also let my husband pick up children's pain reliever straight from the bin before they put it on the shelf. (Another shortage). Their kindness was so appreciated and it is our new pharmacy of choice. Thank you again for going out of your way for our family .

I haven't had a prescription with rite aid in a few years and I couldn't provide my insurance information but he was able to work with me so I was able to afford my antibiotics. I didn't catch his name but he was there today and he was literally heaven-sent. I've had such a horrible morning with the dentist and he made my day so much better and gave me the information that the dentist didn't provide for me which was even better!!
