I went here with a friend who wanted to use a coupon that was expiring soon. I needed to get out and walk around. I found this CVS Pharmacy to be clean and easy to find things. My friend was able to find what she was looking for and checked out quickly. When she was finished my friend was excited to get another coupon. All of the stories of the ridiculous amount of coupons is true. I'm 6'5" and the receipt with coupons was taller than me. Overall, I had a nice time at CVS Pharmacy and will return if the need arises. read more

I don't normally go to this branch but my husband wants to get the Covid shot and that is the closest one. There is only one appointment too. Anyway, we went there and wanted to see if I can also get one. There was no wait in line. They said they could do a walk in. Great! My husband recognized the pharmacist. He has been there for a long time. When I got my shot, it did not even feel anything. It did not hurt. That was so awesome! We also received a couple of coupons and got a bunch of Halloween candies with great price! Highly recommend! read more

Cvs on ft Jesse in normal is the worst place I've ever dealt with been tring for 10 days to get inject needles and instead twice now I've gotten draw needles and syringes, now I'm supposed to give my self a shot in the morning and can't and even though they sent to the Dr even though the no my account and been using the same thing for years they blamed it on my Dr and that was from Zac the manager. Now I no way the are laying so many people off cause there probably going out of business. I no im moving all my stuff to Walgreens. read more

Not sure what Karen, I mean, Tina is talking about, CJ has always treated my family with the utmost care and respect! He is informative, helpful and even a little funny sometimes. It's truly unfortunate that she's taking the time to slam busy healthcare workers who have been responsible for keeping us all safe and healthy throughout the pandemic. From the looks of it, she spends all of her time leaving Yelp reviews! No doubt she'll be in for a real treat when Yelp adds the "review customer" feature. Spoke to Jamie, the technician about transferring my daughter's medicine from Walgreens and after creating an account, she told me she "had everything she needed" and that my daughter's medicine (needed to breathe), would be ready. When my daughter walked to pick up her medicine, only her inhaler was ready... not the nebulizer solution. My daughter asked the pharmacist, CJ why and he said I don't know. I called CVS pharmacy to find out what was going on and Jamie transferred me to the pharmacist, CJ who was extremely rude and uncaring. He told me that my daughter "looked fine and it was not an emergency to fill my daughter's medicine". I told him how she had been having asthma attacks and that Jamie assured me it would be ready. He told me if I didn't like it, I could have her walk to Walgreens to get her meds. Walgreens is miles from the school. This man shouldn't be in the medical field! He's a horrible human being with no heart! read more

The pharmacist, Hailey, and her assistant Brittany, are the absolute kindest, patient and most caring pharmacy workers I've encountered. Yesterday, I was having trouble and miscommunication with a nurse and desperately needed an important medication filled. Hailey and Brittany at this CVS pharmacy we're very busy but prioritized my needs and helped me out tremendously and I'm so appreciative for it. I'm so impressed and thankful for these amazing employees. Keep up the great work and thanks for being so awesome! We need more pharmacists and PA's like these two. read more

It's okay. Kinda big. I remember going to this spot to get a charger for a concert. Got what I needed and got out.

Was helped by the most knowledgeable gentleman today!!! He administered my flu shot like a pro (didn't even notice he gave me the shot if I'm being honest) and we had a nice conversation about keeping healthy as we head into cold and flu season. We also had a fun conversation about how much he loves his dog, which was very heartwarming. 11/10 would get my flu shot here again! read more

Easily one of the best pharmacies I have been to. I have been coming here regularly for about two years and I love the pharmacy staff - they remember my name, are quick with service, and really friendly. The CVS as a whole is one of the better ones. When there are students in season, the wait at the pharmacy can be a bit longer but never too long. Great staff! read more

I have shopped at this CVS location for a few years and I've spent a lot of money there. It is conveniently located and well stocked, but I've finally had it with the sales staff. The last time I was in, the cashier was openly rude and condescending to me, like I was beneath them. This went on directly in front of the manager. The manager neither said nor did anything about it. To me, that means the cashier's behavior was completely endorsed by the manager. I'm done with it! I'll spend my money elsewhere. read more

Can't say enough good things about their pharmacy. They have always been so helpful and timely. They even called me over winter break (I go to ISU) to make sure that it was ok to refill my automatic rx since they knew I was away & wouldn't be around to pick it up. CVS is CVS. There are a lot of different things you can purchase here from food to birthday cards. The thing that separates this CVS from any other normal pharmacy is the staff they hire. Even if the staff dislikes their jobs they are able to put on a smile and a good attitude at least for the duration of their shift. On top of that the staff are quick and responsive to customer needs and will go to great lengths to help someone out. I'd also like to give a special shoutout to one of their best staff members Emily, who is not only one of the best cashiers around, she is also a great human being. Not only does her awesomeness reflect well on herself, it also reflect well on the CVS hiring team. Basically, go to this CVS and buy your goods. read more
