The best part is that the pharmacy staff remembers the names of its clients and takes time to discuss medications. I take my kids to the soda fountain to grab a frappe or hot chocolate a few times a month--as it is a great place for a made-to-order treat and a location where you can hang out together. Many residents of this town are frustrated by the remaining "name" pharmacy chain and their impersonal service. Worst of all, they are frequently without inventory of some of the most popular medications--which seems to make no sense! Rather than stay frustrated, we moved our prescriptions to Goldenseal. The trees are badly overgrown, and the hornets are extremely aggressive--people walking by are being chased and stung. This is dangerous for neighbors, families, children, and anyone passing through. CVS must address this immediately by removing the nest and trimming back the trees. Until then, I'd strongly caution people to avoid walking near that area for their own safety.

They always seem to have my prescriptions in stock, they always get refilled on time with the automatic refill and when I go to pick them up at the drive-through, the pharmacy representative is very nice, and able to find my bag of prescriptions very quickly. They are more than willing to deny coverage for any medication that your doctor prescribes, and shunt you off to an automated system to avoid having to answer for their denials. They will give you a canned response of "ask your doctor to appeal our decision" as if they have a right to get between you and your doctor's assessment of your need for medication. I 1000% despise CVS, and Caremark especially. They need to take the word "Care" out of their name, because care has NOTHING to do with it.
