I'm so sick of this place. The past three times I've placed an order for my baby's seizure medicine SOMETHING has gone wrong. The first time they didn't have it in stock and had to order it. The second time they could only do a partial refill because they didn't have enough. This time they have to order it. I placed the order for the refill through the app three days ago. We maybe have two doses left so it would be impossible to wait another three days. I called their customer service line to see it maybe it was an issue with the app or wether it was a pharmacy issue. I was on the for about an hour trying to get this issue resolved. I talked to three different representatives who eventually told me to call the CVS and they will transfer all of our prescriptions. I called and they told me to call the Walgreens and have them do it. TLDR: Take your business elsewhere unless you can wait 5+ days read more

This CVS did perfectly for providing a flu shot - same day. I reserved a good time online for myself - just several hours early, and my check-in was good despite the pharmacy being busy. I did not have much wait time. The lady providing the flu shot was professional and did a good job with the shot. read more

Only giving one star because I have to. I was in line for 20 minutes and when I got to the drive thru window the guy held up 2 fingers and closed the blind. No respect. He could have said 'sorry, we are closing for lunch'. Instead he was rude, disrespectful. I hope that sandwich was worth it. Hope it upsets his stomach. What comes around goes around. read more

After having a horrendous experience at Walgreens I decided to go in here and try to get some UK passport photos. Met at the door by Don and he was so pleasant. Within 2 minutes I had my photo taken and photos printed in Great Britain size. Such a great experience deserves a rating of 5. Deffo will be back. read more

If I could've given less than one star, I wouldve! Everytime I call in my medications I have issues, this morning I called in a prescription at 10 am, when they opened, and I asked when they would have it ready and they said after lunch at 2:30. So, wait til closer to 3 pm to pick up and it still wasn't ready! And to make matters worse the pharmacy staff was incredibly rude!! I'm wondering if when they hire them, they ask how B@tchy and ignorant they are, if they say they they are brainless idiots with an attitude, CVS says you're hired!!! I am moving my prescriptions and will never step foot in your stores.. Get it together!!! read more

You have to wait 30 minutes in drive-thru to get 1 prescription. It is like this everytime I come through here.'

They have a sign outside that says they open at 7 yet they open at 8? seen people walking in so I walked in and the cashier lady made me go out cause they open at 8 and it was literally one minute till it was 8. worst customer service!! Will take my service else where! read more

So many times have I had issues with this pharmacy. Poor customer service, pharmacy orders taking forever, and a general sense of disdain by everyone working there. No one cares. I was told just last night after being on hold for an hour that "if they start answering phones, prescriptions will never get filled". I am just so tired of the apathetic attitude EVERY SINGLE MONTH by these health care workers. If I didn't have to have them filled at this pharmacy, I would have left long ago. read more

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The pharmacy techs are completely incompetent and rude. Even if your prescription is ready for pickup it'll take you 30+ minutes to pickup your order and it's longer if you go through the drive thru. I've stuck with them for a year(because my wife has CVS stock) but I can't take it anymore. I'd rather pay more at Walgreens and deal with kind folks that know what they're doing. read more

The only thing consistent about this location is Tina's attitude. She is consistently rude. I listened to her be rude to customer after customer while waiting for my prescription. I hope someone at there corporate office reads this and looks into it. read more

This review is more about the clinic than the pharmacy or store. I found myself with a mild puncture wound on a Sunday and needed a tetanus shot, so I took myself to CVS for the quick clinic. My only complaint is that there was very little seating, which I suppose is understandable given the space, but my injury happened to be on my foot. Other than that though this was a really great experience. The wait time was as listed, so that was a nice bonus. I saw Joy, who was really great. She answered my questions, fully listened while I explained my issue, chatted with me in a way that did not feel forced, and was generally just pleasant to see. I was in and out quickly but felt my needs were met 100%. read more
