These guys probably don't get enough credit for getting stuff right, so I have to come on & give the ladies behind the pharmacy counter tonight some love. I saw my doctor around noon today. I got confirmation that they received my prescriptions at 12:21pm. Text message update came 30 minutes later that it was ready. Love the notices. I couldn't get in until later, and I very much appreciate the cashier checking my insurance, running my card again, and saving me a ton of money!! Only downside has been actually having to update my insurance information after having been to this location before. The disconnect is with the CVS app account vs. CarePass account. Bonus because I didn't have to get out of my car to pick them up! read more

This CVS Store Pharmacy is not as busy as many others that I have experienced during a week day. What bothers me about many of the other Pharmacy's is the long wait lines. I believe they need to do a better a job of managing their business volume. Secondly what seems to be lost with CVS is that personal attention that I would get from a neighborhood pharmacy; such as just saying Good Morning or good to see you again or how is the family, what happened to that good old personal touch? This pharmacy text us and told us our prescription was ready. When we go there they stated that it was out of stock. The pharmacist was Rude and "thought" she knew the laws better than I. She does Not know me nor my profession. She called me a liar. Stating she knew the law. I have never been to a pharmacy who had such a Belligerent pharmacist. I would not have a this individual working in my establishment. She needs to go to customer service school prior to going back to pharmacy school to learn the true laws. Never do you call a Customer a liar. Spent 15 minutes filling out form for Covid test through online appointment booking and paid $69.99, received 6 confirmation texts including map links and confirmation number but when I got there and waited 20 minutes on drive through line - they seemed to have no idea they did Covid tests. When confused associate left window to ask, another associate came to window and abruptly said the computer was down. read more

Went to the pharmacy because they texted me that I had a perception ready. Went to the counter had to wait for someone to help me. The person who did was not very friendly and couldn't find my order. So way do they text you and tell you it's done. read more

The staff were so rude, specially the pharmacist named Valerie who didn't even have business card. She gave me a card crossing out the name of pharmacy manager (Nicole Maksutovic), and wrote her name there without the last name, and said she is the only pharmacist here (when I asked for her last name). They texted me that the medications are ready for pick up, I did prepay, then again got the message from them for received payment and "ready for pick up". When I went there they gave me two medications, then they stood me up for 40 minutes to make the other one ready and asked me to pay for it. I showed them on my phone the pre-payment confirmation I made online for three medications , they rejected me with unacceptable behavior. I have never seen that behavior from some call themself educated people. Nobody could tolerate this kind of behavior. read more

Reckless negligence. A family member had a bad cough and took a Covid test at this CVS. They never provided her the results even after several phone calls to inquire. Two weeks later we learned that her test result was indeed positive. Contact tracing? Forget about it at this CVS. Quarantine if positive? Not with the support of this CVS. Fortunately my family member voluntarily quarantined anyway. We'll never return to this business. read more

Great pharmacy! Good customer service - they do of good job of getting orders done on time and don't leave you waiting more than a few minutes to fill a prescription. Very happy we switched to this pharmacy. Use their app it saves a lot of time when checking out. read more

Out of five times I went there, only one time I had a good experience. The majority of time they cannot figure out how to use the discount from my CVS card (from Rhode Island). Last time I forgot the card at home but asked my husband to send me a picture of the card and number. The manager told me that he could not manually enter the card number, only scan it. He also had an attitude with the customers like they were a bother. Next time I will drive a little longer and try another CVS. They are not the only game in town, that's for sure. read more

The absolute worst cvs pharmacy I have encountered. I am from NY where I have an amazing pharmacist.( douglaston , Dr Maria Skoupos). I am a dr as well. I come here for four months with all my scripts in tact and the Pharmacist, Brandy King had the nerve to say my dr, one of the best in NY( top drs) did not write appropriate scripts and she would not fill. I spent three months asking her to call my dr to discuss and she refused. She said go to Walgreens....how dare she. not only was she disrespectful to me ( i am a dr and refused to even acknowledge) but she was rude to my dr and his staff. this is pretty sad. oh and I asked for her full name, I had to go to store to get it from window. In the end after forcing her to speak to a Physician who knew what he was doing, she said "oh you are right"....i can't imagine the poor elderly people who do not have someone to fight for them, what they go thru with this gestapo of a pharmacist. She even lied to my dr and said the higher ups made the decision....hmm Id like to know who they were because it was filled pretty quick when she finally took the call... CVs management ,you want someone who says go to "Walgreens".... read more
