WILL FILE CLAIM AS A SPECIALIST, NOT A RETAIL WALK IN CLINIC…read more I scheduled an appointment at the 4302 Cortez Road W, Bradenton Minute Clinic as my insurer listed this entity as a retail health clinic. I saw an ARNP at the clinic and received good care. However, they then attempted to collect my specialist copay, when this is a retail health clinic. I did not authorize payment at that time, because the copay amount requested was incorrect. I was required to give my credit card information before being seen, so it was agreed that the claim would be filed and then my card charged for the appropriate amount. Minute Clinic submitted my claim as a specialist office, not a retail health clinic. My insurer processed the claim as such, and I was charged my specialist copay amount. I am now forced to call their billing department to have a corrected claim submitted. In the meantime, my card has been charged $50 more than the correct amount.

I have gone here on multiple occasions now to pick up photos that I order to have printed and each…read moretime I go I stand by the photo desk for at least 10 minutes with nobody to be seen (yes I pressed the assistants button) so then I go to the cashier and tell them I need someone over at photo and it takes anywhere from 2-15 minutes for someone to finally show up to help me and in big red letters on the building it says "1 hour photo" and I get there a couple hours after my order is placed and each and every time they show up and act like I'm being just the biggest inconvenience in their day and that NEVER even have my photo printed out yet so after about 5 more minutes of trying to find my order realizing they never printed it then printing and packaging it I finally get it and get to get the heck out of there.
