This is for there online shopping I went to order something it said there was one left in stock so…read moreI ordered it yesterday 4/11/26 and on the day it was supposed to be delivered 4/12/26 I got a notification that they canceled my order because they where out of stock and will refund my money in 10 business days so I call there 800 number for customer service and told them about it and that they need to do a better job of keeping the inventory up to date on their website better so people won't get screwed out of their money for days if it said out of stock I wouldn't of ordered it have have gone somewhere else to purchase this item that I need to do my job so now I have to wait 10 business days to to be able to do my job but Walmart doesn't care about us small people I will never shop at a Walmart store or their online service again

This is probably the worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever been in in my life... They rarely answer…read morethe phone, when they do answer the phone And you ask them a question, they rarely know the answer. I've even had situations where they call me and leave a message to please call your Walgreens pharmacy, I called them back... And if they do answer the phone they don't know what I'm calling about. Incompetence reigns supreme. The worst thing is that they DO NOT RESPECT YOUR TIME. Several times now (at least five times) I have called in a prescription and been told that it will be ready after 11 o'clock and it is never ready. I show up today at 4:30 PM and it's not ready and they tell me it will take an hour. The pharmacy I used to go to at a grocery store in Virginia was 10 times more efficient, better communicators, more pleasant to deal with this place. When I ask them why they are so Bad at their job, they have a ton of excuses but never an apology. I am trying to find another pharmacy, even if I have to drive an extra 15 minutes each way to avoid having to come to this place ever again.

I asked more qualifying questions to understand how they don't test at a location that their online appt center scheduled. I had even gotten a reminder message for the appt one hour prior. The worker just got very frustrated with me and offered me no guidance as to what to do except "maybe go to the medcheck". I called customer Service where I was told they would document my issue in the mychart app, but it would likely be ignored.

They have provided medication to me from a manufacturer that I had previously had an allergic reaction to (same medication, different inactive ingredients, so - we switched manufacturers). I was told that it would be noted on my account to prevent it from happening again in the future. Unfortunately, it apparently didn't and I just have finally had enough. Management is very condescending, the systems and processes implicated seem to be very slow and complicated and seem to overall lack integrity.

Only complaint is the online system with their app causes some issues like telling you your prescriptions are ready when the pharmacy had nothing prepared and didn't get any order from the system but that's a problem with the cvs app as a whole not this location. Was helped quickly when I came in expecting to pick up an order but could tell the online system was causing a headache for the woman behind the counter because the next 2 people had the same problem. When I'm doubt call and speak to a human directly and you'll have no issues. Also to note the pharmacy section closes from 1:30 to 2 daily for their lunch break so take that into account:
