Worse than that which was all corrected and fixed with a lot of pain and hold time in messages back and forth. Recently went there to obtain insulin syringe for my dog who doesn't have much long to live. They condescendingly gave me dirty looks made jokes about me behind the counter I could literally see the box from where I was standing that had the exact size that was needed and they came back and told me that they were all out. I asked if they could just please verify and they refused I asked for a manager who just swore at me in another language which was awful. Pharmacy team is awful in every way

Weeks to get meds. Lines and wait times are far too long. Not enough people. If you're in line at 1:29 tough luck as they turn you away because it's lunch time at 1:30. What happened to alternating lunch times? It's just gotten so impersonal and impossible to deal with this CVS. Speaking to the actual Pharmacist has become harder than making a call to the Dalai Lama.

When I tried to return my extra script they said they were not allowed to give me a refund. So I paid an extra 20 dollar copay for medication that I will never end up using. What a racket and a scam. Very friendly staff! Each member of the team always offers me legitimate items that serve my…read moreneeds. The cosmetic department is always great with complimenting my purchase with big saving from coupons the clerk cut at home for the customers! The photo staff knows their stuff, very well trained. The only disappointment is that they are usually stocking the inside of the cooler and you have to wait for someone to notice you and then find the photo department employee for you. The pharmacy is very informative, always suggesting great remedies and which products are the best for my buck. This place has great deals, however, when I'm purchasing a gallon of milk - it's more than annoying when I'm offered to purchase a 24 pack of batteries along with it. What? Then if I return 2 minutes later because I forgot the butter, the clerk asks me once again "Would you like to purchase a 24 pack of batteries?" I scowl over at the display and notice the sign that states "FREE (if I don't offer to you)" - what a horrible way to do business. This practice might want to be put to rest, CVS is within walking distance. The only other suggestion that I have for this place is tidiness. I understand that they are utilizing staff from every other department to build the Christmas display in August so they are rushing... but the middle of the day shopping experience seems to include large boxes in the middle of the aisle and usually someone on top of a ladder preventing customers from getting by. Whatever happened to having the store "ready to sell" when the doors open? Large displays should not be constructed during business hours.

These lovely ladies are so helpful, I tell them what I need and they do the shopping for me! They guide me thru what is on sale.. and even pull out coupons! Because of their hospitality, I know ill be a customer for life!
