If i could give the male pharmacists a zero I would. He does not want to do the administrative part of his job. He just wants to put the pills in the bottle. His 5 to 7 years of education educated him on the administrative side of being a pharmacists. Both of my insurance companies pre authorized my medication for 3 weeks but because the pharmacist little computer gave out an inaccurate message and he refused to do anything besides accuse my endocronologist of being a liar I have been without medicine for 3 weeks. I will be calling and filing complaints to everyone associated with this pharmacy and pharmacists. I am almost a senior and I see how ppl are without they medicine bc no one want to do they job. I stopped in to pick up a prescription for my son. I came during the lunch hour at 1:42 on .Two different people at the pharmacist were in the back and nobody would help me. the fact that they're totally inflexible means somebody's lunch hours mean more than Customer Service. I would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

Terrible I really hate my brother prescriptions are at this location. It has been a horrible experience in a time he needs help. Problem 1: when you turn in the parking lot, there is a huge narrow island that is ridiculously long and that you don't see when you're driving in or out. No one would expect anything that long to be in the way. If you look at it, you can see how many people have hit it and probably damaged their cars. I've hit that island twice now and the second time I'm afraid it hurt the bottom of my car. If it did, CVS will be hearing from my attorney. I'm taking it in next week. Problem 2: I've ordered photos here for years and the last 3-4 times they don't have the photos (even though I got notifications that they were printed a week or so before). They can't find them on the computer. They can't reprint them. And this last time I asked for a refund since they've started to charge when you order prints on their app. The CVS manager said "call the number on the app." There is no number. So then I asked her to help me print them out directly in the store and she walked away. I'm done with CVS. read more

I just had the most horrific experience. I had to call EMS for the worst viral infection I have ever had. I asked the hospital to send the zofran prescription to the CVS on 7 Mile and Beech Daly. Sooooo......they don't open until 9. I called a few minutes after 9 to see if they could expedite my prescription. The conversation went like this: Me: Hi, I was in the emergency room last night and.....Crabby pharmacy tech: Date of birth? I told her and then explained I need the Xofran the hospital had sent over to them. Crabby pharmacy tech:Well, we aren't even open yet so give us about an hour. I have been waiting for this med since I was discharged at 4 am. I only want to make one trip, for juices, soups, pedialyte, since I am still quite weak. Was it too much to ask to expedite this medication? I certainly don't think so. Chances are I will never be going back there. I don't care HOW close they are. I have to amend my review to say that they did have my medication quite quickly. So I don't understand the attitude. read more

I only go to CVS stores if I need something quickly and don't want to go to a larger chain store. The prices are astronomical on most items so I can't justify patronizing these stores unless absolutely necessary. read more

Understaffed Pharmacy !! The staff they do have is rude n slow, especially the older Pharmacist which tends to belittle and bully customers. They're super SLOW on filling Rx, often taking several hours to fill 1 prescription. read more

This plays blows. Don't go here because you will never get your scripts on time. They are so backed up and understaffed that it takes them days to fill one script, that's if they even fill it. They will keep you on hold on the phone forever and not even apologize about it. It's better to drive a few extra miles to another cvs or pharmacy for that matter. The staff is generally friendly. This is a busy location and often lack the number of staff necessary to run efficiently. I have stopped spending any money or even stepping foot in CVS because of the way they treated me when the opiate law changed. They handled the transition very poorly and lost a good customer. read more

I always go here for my prescriptions. Good place. Always quick and friendly. The store manager is always there working alongside his staff. That's a great thing to see. Very clean and well stocked. Helpful if I need to find something. read more

This place is a joke i been waiting two days for Medicine and when i get there i have to wait never go here this place sucks

This pharmacy is the absolute worst.I had my doctor write a whole new prescription that didn't allow for generic substitutes and they substituted it anyway so I had to go back in for the correct medication because the generic caused a severe reaction.A month later the pharmacist calls me and ask if I have to have that particular medication knowing full well I did and then said "ok I will find it for you" the day my prescription was supposed to be refilled! read more
