Terrible service , about 8 people working behind the counter and still have to wait long time for some one to help you.

Store hours are 11am and I decided to stop by and pick up my prescription. They still were closed and it is past 11am. Since I stayed parked they opened later but they seemed like I was bothering them with a prescription pick up. I have to agree that this is the pharmacy needs more stay and workers that are willing to work. read more

Been trying for 4 days to get my prescriptions that I need! I've been without 3 days now and die the past 4 days I've come twice a day to retrieve them and there's about 20 cars in line waiting over an hour! I tried and paid for delivery of my RXs and they were canceled! Should have received them today 04/05 at 10am. Tried to go in to retrieve them and according to them they can't open their pharmacy gate! So I'm forced to wait in lines for hours again!! What kind of business is this? I tried calling to transfer my RX elsewhere and can't even get through!! Phone waiting to get through... same as lines and service! Horrible read more

I came here I pick up my prescription and I got to the window and they closed the screen on me! Literally was there on time and they closed while watching me at the damn window! Terrible location, dropped off paper prescription and supposedly it didn't have provider info, was never contacted about it at all until I called a month later and asked about my 2 medications. Was told that info was missing and that they needed a phone number to call the dr office to verify prescription, once I gave them that info they were able to get verify info but now a week later they have lost my damn paper prescription, can you believe the unprofessionalism, in concerned for my privacy but also where the hell did my paper go? Avoid this location at all costs if possible and make a trip to a small shop or something alternative to cvs pharmacy. read more

This pharmacy is BY FAR the most ate up pharmacy in San Antonio. The average time to serve one drive through vehicle is over 9 minutes. I dare you to pick up the phone and call them! I DARE YOU. If you have any medication sent here you're a FOOL. read more

I have never had a problem with this store until recently. The kept giving me the run around on a medicine refill for my little one. 2 weeks later and they still don't have it! The employee "Selma" was soooooo rude! So bummed because this location is convenient but I'd rather drive further for better service. read more

I shop at this CVS location every week and I have never had a problem with meds not being ready. The staff is always helpful and friendly, willing to answer any questions I have. The store staff is super friendly also, they are always patient when I do coupon deals. I recommend this location and love the staff! Joe is the manager and will work to resolve any issue you have. The coupon center machine is rarely working, but I have tried several locations and they are all down. That is my only real issue with Cvs at this time. Keep up the great service CVS! read more

They close the pharmacy before the hours posted and are extremely rude. Never coming back to this location and will only use CVS because it's the pharmacy my insurance covers. As soon as I find an alternative, I'm never going back to CVS. read more

Do not go to this cvs. Was told to pick up my medication 05/02/22, they've had my prescription since last Friday, then 05/04/22 apparently they have hit their limit. This cvs is literally what everyone says it is; a joke. These technicians do no care about the well being of your health and will find you an annoyance. Shame on all of you. The Employees at the counter at the pharmacy are very rude act like they hate their jobs some of them will listen to us as the customer explain what is wrong and other's don't seem to give a care, I'm getting ready to transfer all of my husband's medicine to another pharmacy that show they care about their customers and they're needs! This place is the worst and seeing the past reviews it has been since they opened this location! I had to pick up a couple prescriptions for my parents and was told that the discount from SingleCare was incorrect and the "discount" price was actually 3 times the amount. I called several times to SingleCare and found out that CVS was providing a different drug number than what we had requested twice before. Then was told after the fourth visit that CVS will send their preferred carrier rather than what the customer wants and the pharmacist has to make a specific request, even though they told me they had done that during my last request. They finally got it right after a week and a half and 4 unnecessary visits, then advised that they needed ID to pick up when they never asked previously. Now we have a couple other prescriptions that were automatically sent to CVS instead of where we wanted and instead of letting us know that they don't have enough to cover it and it will take longer, they just left it to us to try to inquire about it and if you call for a status, the phone line disconnects you. The only way we could get through for the last 2 days is to say we were providers calling. HEB is so much better by far! read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to pharmacy to get a new vaccine record card because I moved to SA and it got lost and I'm getting booster in a few days. Well when I called CVS they said I can go to any store and they'll give me a new card. The pharmacist who "help" me is named Ruaa. She was so rude kept cutting me off when I explained I need a new card. She started lying saying, I can't get my card there and that I would need to go to the original cvs store which is 5hr drive away. When I told her I spoke with CVS on phone they told me I can go to any she just huffed and like magic was able to pull up my vaccine info and fill out the card. Like was it to much trouble to just do it in first place? Then went on saying she can't fill in Lot number cause I didn't get it there. But when I log into cvs online the LOT number shows up so I think she was just BS-ing me. Cause how you gonna have access to all the information but the Lot...won't be going to the CVS again. Will also add before she helped me she was giving elderly couple attitude when they were asking her about a medication consultation, she was just trying to rush they out. So it wasn't just with me. read more

This CVS used to be professional and for the past 6 months I've noticed they have completely changed and are now extremely rude to everyone. There is a short lady that talks to everyone rudely and is rushing to either get you out of the store or off the phone by feeding you BS information. She always tells me my prescriptions are on back order and to call back tomorrow. I ask her to give me a date as I call everyday and she gives me the same response "just call us back tomorrow we get stuff from warehouse" then hangs up. Today I had a question about some needles missing she practically yelled at me to look in the box and I politely kept explaining I had looked and they were not included but after she yelled I finally raised my voice and told her "Again! I already looked and they are not there!" She then said let me get the pharmacist, put me on hold 39 min then hung up on me. I'm so upset!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY! read more

I've never had an issue with this CVS. I do not jnow what jas changed but it has been twice niw that I have dropped off prescriptions theough the drive through and tell them time i would like to pick up and I purposely come later to give them plenty of time to finish the RX. Today, I dropped off RX at 12:30 p.m., told them I would be back at 2 and it is now 5:30 p.m. and it's still not ready. This is the last time I will be filling my RX at this pharmacy. read more

Medicine is never on time. I was told my prescription would be ready in an hour. This was around 11am. It's now 7:00 and they haven't even got started. This ain't the first time it's happened. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. They never have my medications in stock, for the past 3 months they have been out of the same exact medication that I need and they tell me it will be a couple of days.Really, you know your dealing with peoples medication right, it's not like your taking orders for food and it's no big deal. The Old Chinese guy was pretty rude to us. We had ask him how the extra bucks work and he was like "well let me see" and started explaining in a rude manner. To make the story short we ended up shopping somewhere else. We still do come to this location from time to time to see what they have for sale and they seem to never have the sales tags up completely. I still gave this store 3 stars due to the fact that the other associates greets you and tells you if you need help with anything to come to them. read more

When you're in the store service is fine but it's a nightmare if you ever need to call the pharmacy for any reason. I just spent 25 minutes on hold with the pharmacy then they picked up and hung up on me. I called back and was placed on hold again. I called again and spoke to someone in the main store and said I needed to speak to the pharmacy and did not want to hold and I explained what had happened. The man took my phone number and gave it to the pharmacy saying they would call me right back. It has been 30 minutes since he told me they would call and I have not received a call. Sadly this is not the first time I've had this experience with CVS. I had the same problem several times about 2 years ago when I used CVS Pharmacy. I am trying to switch back to them as my pharmacy due to the convenience of the location but I had forgotten about this aspect of the company. If this is any indication of their standards maybe I should look for a different pharmacy because this is ridiculous. If in 2 years they still haven't corrected the problem I doubt they care enough to fix it now either. read more
