Submitted a Rx in Jan. They said it was in back order without an expected date and never got back to me until March asking if I wanted to fill my order finally. I replied yes only to be ghosted again for weeks. I followed up with them and they said it's out of stock and they would order for me the next day and they would get back to me. They never called me and I followed up only for them to tell me it's on back order and don't know if it will come back. They suggested I use another pharmacy. Most truthful comment from them to date. Also everything is over priced here. They deserve to go out of business. Stop ripping off customers. read more

On Friday 7/22/22 at about 5:15pm I arrived at the pharmacy drive through. I've frequented this location regularly for many months. The line was moving at snail speed which has never been the case. Once reaching the window at 5:35 it was clear why. There was a new woman tending to things. Her name tag was difficult to read but it was like dealing with an AI robot minus of course speed. DON'T COME HERE!! Came to get a Covid test, I reached in their rusty ill-maintained box and it dropped and damaged my car! And of course, CVS said they're not responsible for the damage. Only offered to cover $500 for a $1k quote. This is so ridiculous! No one should go to a pharmacy and then be liable for damages from CVS's not taking care of their property. Dear CVS, PLEASE stop giving out those ridiculously long receipts. Even with the e-mail option, many people still receive this when they shop, and it's a terrible waste of resources. Surely CVS can think of a way to reduce the amount of paper used for this. And those paper coupons sent by snail mail (many of which in fact have to be printed out, since they never seem to arrive as promised) - are they really necessary, when they can be provided electronically (at least to those who have opted for electronic access)? AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! The first time I scheduled a covid test, i waited even a week after the test was taken and they lost my results and said I never did it! Today after waiting ten days for this appointment i go and after waiting an hour for it to be my turn which I understand because everyone needs to be tested so the wait is expected, but finally reaching your turn and in hopes they don't lose your result the extremely rude staff member finally looks up after ten min and says "ya" and I say I'm here to do my covid test.. She says were not doing it today and walks away! I waited another 15 min and she returned and said I told you there's no test and again walked away! I couldn't believe the rudeness, the lack of training, and I'm just speechless to how this particular cvs handles everything! Avoid this location at all costs! This review will be shorter than what I typically write because this location is pretty basic. It is a little tired in terms of appearance. Not fancy and it's overdue for a remodel. The grocery section is small and the make-up section is nothing compared to the Bascom location, but you can certainly pick up any necessities. However I like the pharmacy. They have a very convenient drive up window, and even if you do go in the wait is never too long. Certainly can't say that about Bascom! The pharmacists are pleasant and knowledgeable and it's always easy in and out. This more than makes up for a small store in need of a facelift. read more

Most of the pharmacists and techs are professional and polite but the reason for my low score is one of the pharmacy techs by the name of Alyce is not pleasant at all and I actually get anxiety when she is the one helping me. I've never seen her smile and it feels like she's completely put out by the fact that she needs to work there. She seems just plain ANGRY. I do not appreciate her attitude and if you're looking for "service with a smile" you most definitely won't get it with Alyce. I'm strongly considering moving my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

I know CVS is a chain, but this location is especially disappointing. I live within walking distance of this location and with a new baby I've been obsessed with printing out photos. I've opted for the same day photo option 3 times and 3 out of 3 times there have been an issue: 1. They forgot to print all of the photos in my order 2. I arrive will past hour mark and my photos are not done. 3. With the issue above, the workers took NO ownership and instead said that the 'print in an hour' option sometimes doesn't go through. What they meant though is that no one checks photo orders until you walk through the order. They least they can do is apologize. While I'll still drop by this CVS as needed, I'll be developing my photos elsewhere. read more

The lady at the counter, who didn't have a badge so I can't identify, was huffing and puffing while "dealing" with my prescription. I received the best customer service on two different occasions at this CVS location. The first was when Jerry pulled an item and put it on hold for me. He was very patient and helpful. The second time I called the store and spoke to Linda. She stated they did not have the item in stock but offered to call other CVS's. Five minutes later I get a call from Linda. I'd give this no stars if possible. It's unfortunate as this CVS Pharmacy is in such a good neighborhood location, but it's horrible. Alice who frequently works the register at the pharmacy is a miserable person who will ensure your visit is as unpleasant as it is unproductive. It'd be one thing to put up with her if she could actually locate a prescription or help in any way - but to have to deal with operational disasters as well as her attitude is too much. This is a tiny store but the best one for coupons. Lately using coupons at CVS is like playing slot machines.This one will "make it work", take expired "red machine" coupons and never, like other CVS, make me feel like a beeping coupon is because I'm morally corrupt or something. The staff has always been friendly and engaged. It's like going back to the small town where I grew up. I've been surprised at how many of the items on sale they have available in this little store. There is usually someone to ask if I need help when I'm searching for an item, and if they don't carry it they even made an adjustment with a similar item -allowing me to make full use of my coupons. I wonder at the bad reviews I've read. There is another CVS on Lincoln that downtown Willow Glen and I wonder if there is some confusion. If this store is WG, it's on the outskirts. read more

This store used to be a great place to shop, until now. The store is dirty and almost half the lights appear to be out. The ceiling tiles around the vents are black from what is going through them. This is the closest drug store to my new home and I won't go back. I had a $4 quarterly reward on my card and the store manager wouldn't let me redeem it since I didn't have a physical coupon. The 1-800-shop-cvs woman I spoke with urged her to honor it and she wouldn't. I came in specifically to buy hair dye and get the $4 off. When I worked at Walgreens (for 11 years) we would always just accommodate the customer, especially for a couple bucks, knowing we want them to keep coming back. Needless to say I will no longer shop at CVS. Felt really uncomfortable there begging to get my $4 reward honored. read more

I live in between this location and the CVS on Branham. Honestly I prefer the one on Branham as it seems a little newer and better stocked. However, this foxworthy location has a drive through pharmacy and convenient if you are going to zanottos as well for groceries. Staff is nice and courteous. read more

I went in last night with a printout of a product ($6 bottle of glycerin) and asked the pharmacist when I couldn't find it on the shelf. She didn't know, but she went to one of the store employees who looked it up. He saw they had it in the store, so he went looking. He asked another employee, and they found it for me in a section I hadn't thought to look in. Three people there went out of their way to find what I needed. read more

Terrible. Needed passport photo, but no one works at the station so I have to go get someone else to find the guy. Guy shows up 5 min later and almost seems angry that he has to take my photo. He takes a bad photo, and that's not subjective; the photo was denied due having too much shadow. Never rely on this CVS. They charged me for there service that they cannot even do correctly. The DMV probably works better than this dump. read more

My wife and I moved our prescriptions from Target (at the Plant) to this CVS for convenience (its closer to our house and has a drive through). Huge mistake on so many levels. All three times we picked up prescriptions there were issues including them being out of drug, the auto refill didn't occur, the doctor wrote the prescription wrong, etc. They asked us over the phone if we wanted auto refill only to tell us later that we had to do it in the store. Then they said they couldn't do auto refill because prescription only had only one refill left. Then after multiple requests to them to call the doctors office they still didn't get the refills (or auto refills done). Once they were out of a drug (which I found out only after showing up) but then found it telling me to come back in over an hour because my prescription was at the end of the queue. Also they told us that they couldn't fill a prescription because the doctor wrote it incorrectly. I asked how was I supposed to know that there was a problem or even how to fix it. The response was a blank stare. I always got a feeling that the staff didn't care that I was inconvenienced or that they felt anything was wrong. Certainly no apologies either. So I took my business elsewhere. (BTW, Rite Aid, nearby, just took care of everything, letting us know what they did, and just made it work. We are now happy!) read more
