Gave me the wrong prescription. I called, but you don't get to talk to a person, so I left a voicemail. Got a callback saying they had fixed it and it was ready. So I'm here the next morning, but they don't have it ready, so I'm waiting 20-30 minutes. The pharmacist apologized for reading the prescription wrong, but the cashier made it very clear by her attitude that she was very put out by her error, and that it was somehow my fault. This is not the first time, but it is the last. Customer service is obviously not a priority at CVS. read more

Do not come here, no matter how convenient it may seem. My husband dropped off my child's Rx for antibiotics as soon as they opened this morning. He was told 1-2 hrs. It is now 4 hrs later, he never received a text that it was ready, he walks in, and was told they had not yet even put it in the system!!!! We should have gone to Walmart. read more

The absolute worst pharmacy in Shreveport. I stood first in line with 3 techs and the pharmacist staring at me. Finally the line grew to 6 people and the pharmacist had to instruct the techs to assist the front desk. Moeed finally stopped staring at me and came to assist after 10 mins. Worst customer service at any CVS. Sent in photos to be developed and was never called to be told if they arrived or not like I was told I would be. Had to call the head CVS office to even get them printed. When I called in an hour to confirm that they had recieved the photos to be printed I was put on hold while they "checked" for half an hour and was hung up on. Went in to the store to pick them up and only half of the photos were available and a third of those were awful quality. The woman who helped me couldn't stop saying "have a good day" and "thank you" : trying to get me out the store after doing the bare minimum. read more

I came in with a specifically shaped picture frame that wouldn't fit a standard 4x6. So I asked them if they could help me out. First of all, the non-self service photo area was cluttered with 6 foot high stacks of boxes making it impossible to actually use it. Second, after asking them for this, they spent several minutes chatting before telling me to just print out a 4x6 and then cutting it with scissors at home. My standards aren't high, but I came here hoping to get some service and this was less than the bare minimum. read more

Have tried repeatedly to get a simple rx filled. Pharmacy blames doctor then doctor blames pharmacy! Three weeks now and no satisfaction! No care for customer and appears to be laziness on part of store and staff. read more

Terrible experience. If the lead pharmacist, Joseph, is not in then leave. The staff in the pharmacy is rude and not helpful. Some of the laziest people with ttitudes I have ever dealt with. Try Kroger or the CVS on Norris Ferry. Hopefully their service will be better. This is my last time using this location. Continue to get emails and texts from here about rx's. The staff in the pharmacy is horribly rude! I have been on hold collectively for over three hours today, when I finally used the physician line the picked up immediately then when i tried to tell her I had been on hold for 90 minutes on the other line she hung up on me!!!!! I have a problem with a script, I am trying to leave town for the holiday and am trying to do this from my office. This store is always a mess and staff is the most unhelpful group of people I have ever encountered in my life. This is my preferred pharmacy through my work insurance but I will gladly pay higher prices to use ANYONE else from now on! I would give them ZERO stars if it were possible. read more

THE worst pharmacy in town. I was excited about the location. Now I would rather drive to Texas than use this place again. They never have my RX even though I've constantly had to call and make sure that they keep it in stock. There are about 5 people behind the counter but you never seem to get help. I've been overcharged at the pharmacy a total of three times at the drive through and end up having to go into the store. The last time I spent almost an entire hour trying to fix their screw up. Clerks and managers at this store are rude or apathetic and if you complain to corporate in a survey they do not get any better. Filing a complaint is a last resort me. I'd hoped that their service would improve but my last yesterday proved that cannot or will not. I'm transferring my prescriptions to another location which is farther away for me to go but less of a hassle and joy killer. read more

Have used this CVS for the past 8 months after switching from two other bad locations.This one is no better.None of the stores answer the pharmacy phone,you get on hold for hours if you don't give up.They have begun running out of certain medications for whatever reason and will wait until end of day to notify you ,even if it's called in early in morning.A brand of generic they have started pushing by Dr Reddy Labs is made in India and is utter crap.After receiving my usual generic brand for months I receive that with no warning or notification of change.I will not use any pharmacy that carries that manufacturer in my medication.They get it dirt cheap because it's garbage then profit off of pushing it as equivalent to patients which it is far from it. read more

Since Joshep left this pharmacy has been haphazardly run, they have been out of 3 drugs that my husband uses daily and it's taken weeks to get them in, I've transferred some to Kroger because he couldn't wait that long. read more

Though I empathize with the other reviewers, and I have had one, or two, surprising interactions with, less-than-pleasant Techs at the drive through (Disabled), but all in all, having grown up in the Pharmacy business, they do a fine job, under highly stressful pressures. Also especially convenient, is I signed up for the CVS online prescription management. NOW, I just wait until I receive a text or email telling me that it is time to refill my scripts... text back or click a few buttons and it's DONE! NO HASSLE! THEN I get a text to tell me that it is ready for pick-up, and even sends a reminder text if it shows I haven't picked it up yet, in a day or two. It appears that ordering online this way eliminates any confusion, frustration or waiting. If it's time for a refill, but I'm out of refills for the prescription, the website says "We;ll call your Doctor, to get refills authorized". I think it's effortless, and awesome. In fact, I'm on my way to pick up an order now. Some people there have been a little "snappish" with me, but, on the whole, I think they're awesome. read more
