Incredibly frustrating. The 'virtual assistant' is virtually useless, a waste of customer time - extremely frustrating. Leaving a message for a human pharmacist turns into the same kind of frustrating responses that don't solve the stated problem. read more

I will NEVER use this company again after just getting off the phone trying to find out if they have covid vax in stock for my kid before I drive 20 miles. Their phone robot is THE WORST I have ever encountered and I have USAA car insurance and Bank of America. FUCK you CVS read more

The man in the pharmacy can barely speaks English and doesn't communicate well at all He's not helpful and really could care less.The other staff all seem friendly but this man I don't want to deal with him again read more

It's only taken 4 attempts and 7 days to get a prescription from Ohio transferred to this store. Now I won't swear that it's the local staff, but based on the general incompetence of employees displayed at every other business in this city. I have my suspicions. I'm told it will be ready by 3pm. I'll follow up when that does or doesn't happen. Their automated system has only promised and failed to deliver on my 3 prior attempts this week. I can now say that they did get it right today. I was told it would be ready by 3pm. and got a text message at 2:45 telling me it was ready for pickup. read more
