I guess I believed CVS would back their product. The book was put together backwards, front pages last. Including the cover page. Almost every page had black streak down it. Took the book back inside right after looking at it in the car. I was told I needed to come the back the next day to talk to a manager because nobody in the store had the authority to deal with a photo issue. Next day when I returned I was told I needed to resubmit the order online. But when I expressed concern about the streaks I was told I would be better off sending it to different CVS in the area because the machine must be dirty but they didn't know how to clean the rollers- that the staff did not know what to do to ensure the machine was repaired. They said bring the book and receipt to the other store and they should not have an issue exchanging it. When I went to pick the book up from the other store they would not exchange it and expected me to pay again to receive a new book. I am a nice, patient person who shrugs off a lot. But this was not only a waste of my time but a ridiculous lack of respect for my time because THEY sold me a faulty product. This is no way to run a business. This was a gift for my mother that I could not give her. And I finally gave up as it wasn't worth my time anymore, but writing this review made me feel better at least. I am aggravated enough now to be looking for a new pharmacy when the pharmacy has never been an issue. There are certainly enough here to choose from.

I had absolutely no trouble finding any of the items that I was looking to buy. So this location seems to be very good with ordering products and keeping items in stock. Whoever does the facing on the shelves is also doing a good job since everything was neatly displayed on the shelves. The service at the register area is also great and the employees are pleasant and helpful. I was having a bit of trouble getting the self-checkout register that I was using to process my coupons but one of the employees who was working in the register area came right over and helped. I would definitely come back here to shop next time I am out this way.

They told me that I had canceled the prescription and they wouldn't honor it. I insisted I hadn't and they told me if I wanted it I needed to call my doctor and have it resent. And they did all of this in the rudest way. So I called my doctor, but instead changed my pharmacy to the Stop & Shop pharmacy. They couldn't be any nicer over there. They're fast, they're nice, they're funny. I can't say enough good things about them. I wish I knew their names so I could thank them personally.

I went to pick up my script it was 1:23, there was 2 customers fiddling around with the stupid new computers trying to finish there transaction. One of the technician (short & over weight). Looked at myself and an elderly lady who came in the same time as me and disrespectly and with a snappy, unhappy tone of voice announces "You'll have to come back we are closed for lunch". Both the lady and I looked at what time it was. The time was 1:25. We both questioned her saying it's only 1:25. She continued to say rude unprofessional things to us. At least 4 times she says "we have to go to lunch in 5 mins we won't have time to fo everyone".By now the 2 customers that were at those computers had left. We both asked nicely could you just take us -- there was no one else behind us. She refused. Then the actual pharmacist came to the counter and added her uncaring rude remarks.
