While our company is based in CA, we had an event in Richmond, VA and I needed a vertical banner…read moreASAP and was wary to transport one there and back. Plus, I had a very tight timeline of 3 days, and no other printer could offer any assurance the banner would be ready/delivered in time. I found one of Keith Fabry's websites and ordered an overnight bannerstand for pickup at their office. I uploaded the file in the early moring hours and it was printed and ready for pickup the same day! Even though my flight landed later than scheduled, Debra took care of me and I was able to get the banner in plenty of time for the event. As for the banner, I paid for upgraded material and it came out looking great and was packed very well, so I was able to transport the banner via checked baggage on my return flight without issue. While KF may not be the least costly, their pricing is fair for their amazing turnaround and excellent customer service. Plus, they offer printing for Canva files which makes printing large items even easier for the casual designer or ad-hoc sign needs. Another shoutout to Debra and the entire team at KF!

Turns out they just so happened to have a client in Ohio and had a feeling we would be a great match. We chatted via FaceTime for a month and finally met in his hometown. Fast forward 1 1/2 years and lots of long-distance travel to each other's towns and around the globe, I moved into his home in Ohio. We are incredibly happy, and busy planning our engagement and our next trip, departing from the same airport! True love can happen at any time if you remain open. We just celebrated my 60th birthday in St. Lucia! After previously failed marriages, we know that we are finally with the true love of our life. We are grateful and blessed that we found each other. Took my 2006 Yamaha 90 outboard, connected to the boat to this establishment in June. Motor was…read moregoing into "guardian mode". After a $800.00 repair bill for new carburetors, was told all was good. When I took the boat out a couple of weeks later, NO CHANGE IN MOTOR PERFORMANCE!!!!!!!! So took it to another repair shop and was told that the reason was motor not pumping cooling water. After calling Poni back regarding this issue, I was informed that they would look into the issue, for another cost. They also stated that since I did not request they sea test the motor they did not perform such a test. With a comment like that, I declined to have them service the motor and had another marine look at it. They found that the lower unit water impeller was damaged causing the cooling issue. Plus found that the carburetors had green mold inside them. After I informed the owner of PONI, I was refunded $200.00. But that does not cover the expensive of having to have a real mechanic look at my motor. And this establishment claims that they are a Yamaha service center. With the type of service I received how can this place have five stars?
