I've used Giselle's for many trips. This will be my last. My usual travel agent, Jeff, jumped ship…read moreand it would appear for good reason. After he left, I didn't hear from Giselle's regarding my trip (Royal Caribbean Cruise) or to let me know who would be managing the reservation. I actually had to track down who my agent would be. Her name is Nasreen. Don't use her. When I called to make a final payment, Nasreen couldn't be bothered to take my call. I left my payment information and all I received was an emailed receipt. I still haven't heard from her regarding my upcoming trip. Customer service isn't even number 3 with her. The sad thing is, this is a group trip (8 people) and all of us have had nothing but blah service to date. I called my old agent (he's at Coastline Travel now) and Royal Caribbean to see what could be done in terms of transferring the reservation. The end result is that my old travel agent can manage the account and reservation, but any on-board amenities that I use to get, Giselle's won't honor. And I got this information not from Giselle's or their travel agent who was simply doing the paperwork for my trip. Neither could be bothered to tell me. All in all, it all comes down to customer service. It doesn't exists at Giselle's.

The front desk even friendlier---even after I accidentally broke off the nob on their water dispenser. OMG, I felt sooo bad =/ but both my parents, myself, and the lady just laughed it off. Oops! Anyways, pretty cheap Timeshare. I'm guessing a lot cheaper than what we have. But since my family already has 2 different timeshares, we decided to just pass this up. Trips are supposed to be relaxing!! NOT extra work for yourself. I've been travel throughout California and Chyra (she's the travel agent I was in contact with) helped me A LOT. She was able to help me plan a great trip to San Diego and really did help with getting me the best prices for places to stay at as well as choosing a location where there's lots of fun things to do and great places to eat at. She's very friendly and she's good at what she does! She also does event planning, I might have to use her for my kid's graduation party! (I will be sure to update the review once we get the ball rolling on that).

Just like the Visitor Center they have in Old Town Sacramento, this Visitor Center very helpful! Now with Mister Corona Virus, open eleven am to four pm, most companies usually open nine am but she say they as now have to reduce the hours! Very helpful! They will ask the Guest where they visiting from! If California, they not put the town, just mark as California! If from different state, they will write down name of the state! All kinds brochures, maps, pamphlets here, even brochures of different down town hotels! The people at this of Visitor Center always so very knowledgeable! One time they even answer where nearest Starbucks! Wow, that quite knowledgeable! I see that no one follow me in these comments, how they plan what to see if they not coming to a Visitor Center? Maybe they just ask Guest Services at their hotels! I have did that but many times if I find a Visitor Center, I go in to the Visitor Center that town, that state!

I made the mistake of using this agent to book a transatlantic cruise that was to be the first leg…read morein a six week trip to the UK. She booked me for the cheapest accommodation on Norwegian and did not explain any options for upgrading my cruise. When I saw options on the cruise website afterwards, I tried to call and email the agent, but she was unresponsive. That's when I learned, the hard way, that once you book a cruise through an agent, it becomes a contract, and the cruise company will no longer work with you directly. Reluctantly, I made a second appointment to see the agent, because I wanted to upgrade my booking. She was not in the office when I arrived, and I was told she had just stepped out and would be back shortly. I waited 20 minutes. When she finally did return, she was carrying take-out lunch for her and her husband, and kept me waiting another 15 minutes while they ate in his office. She denied this, but I could clearly see them in the reflection of a glass window/door. I told her I didn't feel we were a good match and asked her if she would voluntarily release my booking with Norwegian, but she refused. Highly unprofessional. I have myself to blame for not doing my research ahead of time. Next time I will seek reviews or asked friends for recommendations.
