New toy Saturday was upon us! This place does great business! We live in Orlando and choose to buy our new jet-ski from Cycle Springs. None of the places in Orlando provide the great customer service like Cycle Springs. Our sales rep is Brandon. He sold us our other jet-ski a few years ago. When it came time to upgrade an older ski, we called Brandon again. Honestly he is very responsive and is able to give us an out the door price. They have so many accessories and tons of knowledgeable staff. They sell jet skis, slingshots, boats and motorcycles. I recommend this place if you live in the Tampa Bay or the Central Florida area!! Ask for Brandon if you can, but anybody there is going to be able to help you.

I came to look at some bikes today. Not one person asked if I needed anything. Yet they asked other customers if they needed help. The only time someone engaged me was when I was looking at a bike. That happened to be in the service area. Which I didn't know. I was asked if I was working with anyone. I said no. They said I couldn't be back here. Then, they went about their business to see if I did anything to their bike. But they didn't say if they could get someone to help me. I guess my business was not wanted, needed, or appreciated. Im

Amazing customer service, beautiful showrooms and honest straight forward deals. Highly recommend Cycle Springs and specifically Dan aka Smitty and Peggy as they are very knowledgeable about the jet skis they sell and their own products and believe me many places are not as we have shopped around this time when we purchased our two new 2020 Sea Doo GTI SE 170's and back in 2015 when we purchased 2 3 up Spark's. Dave was nice and so helpful with accessories and fitting life vests. We were have some accessories installed (USB, Garmin etc.) so when we returned the following weekend after purchase Dan and Peggy were so helpful, thorough reviewing everything with us and just genuinely nice and knowledgeable.

Going on the Fin's Jet Ski tour was the highlight of our vacation…read more Our hotel rents Jet Skis. They say come back in one hour and they keep your rental confined to a certain area. Dumb. I want to see and experience the Clearwater area, the best way to accomplish this is to go on a private tour. Plus I have my sister in law who has never been on a Jet Ski so a guide who knows the local waters is a plus. And that he does. We all gathered 15 minutes before the tour. There was a nice family from Pennsylvania as well as another gentleman with two small children. Perfectly safe to have three bodies on the machine. Here's my deal. I want to go fast. I see Mr Fin has a new GP 1800. We all given 1100cc waverunners. Brand new, safe machines. Fin comes down and introduced himself as well as his tea cup Yorkie. My wife falls in love with the dog and holds her the entire time while he explains what we'll do on the tour as well as expectations. It's a fun, family tour so start your engines! We start out heading towards the open water. He slows the group down midway and shows us a school of jumping fish. I'm thinking cool but now we look to the other side and see a dolphin fin! It's probably 20 feet away from us. We're all in awe seeing this ocean creature very close to us. Next, we're taken to a beautiful sand bar to gather shells. A picture can't gather up the entire view, I can only describe the view as majestic. Black clouds are far away, Fin says we're going to stay here a little longer to let them pass. Sure enough, after 20 minutes go by and the clouds have moved on. We start heading back and I noticed Fin. He rode side saddle while talking to us. Now he's fully standing and has his throttle mashed. He's like chariots of fire! My wife and I are tucked down, I want to gap this guy! The water is like glass, we are flying! No luck, his Ski was made for speed. The tour is over and he tells me nice riding. I thank him and tell him I tried to pass him, the next time we ride I want the 1800. He cracks up and hugs me. Fin is a just an awesome guy who knows the waters and is a great tour guide. I highly recommended Fin's Jet Ski tours.

Beautiful beach that has tons of shells…read more This beach is emptier than others because you have to take a ferry to get to it and you have a four hour limit. We aren't major beach people, but I got really interested recently in finding shells. We were at Clearwater Beach and didn't see a lot of shells so I did research into where we could find an abundance of shells and this was one of the beaches that popped up. They have so many shells, but all the shells are very similar. They are the clamshell looking type. So if you're looking for a variety of shells, I would suggest going elsewhere. However, I was super excited to find all of these shells. We ended up getting buckets full of them. You pay eight dollars to get into honeymoon State Park. Then you follow the signs to the parking lot where it is $20 per adult and $12 per child, five and under are free, for the ferry ride. The ferry ride is a boat that is actually quite fun for the children. It's about 10 minutes and in the morning, you can see dolphins and the ferry will stop to look at them. They can fit about 45 to 50 people on each boat, and they do fill up. The first boat is at 10 AM and leaves every half hour after that. You can rent two beach chairs and an umbrella for $35 and they have food and drinks that you can buy on the island. Since you can't bring carts most people travel light so we didn't bring shade or seats. Being that our whole goal was to find shells we weren't sitting much anyways. It is pretty empty. This is not a packed beach at all and we were there on a Saturday in the summer so prime beach season. The sand is white and fine and the water is beautiful. If you're looking for a beach that isn't that crowded I would highly recommend coming here.

It took me 6 appointments to finally get to go. The place is located by the sponge docks on the Anclote river and it takes a 20 min wake (2 miles/hr) to get pillon 29 where you can go full throttle. The dock has a 4' drop where my wife ripped the back side of her bathing suite trying to get to the floor of the jet ski dock. There was a lot of boat traffic and it can be dangerous. They charge you for the gas at a rate of $15 a gas indicator bar. We ended up paying $30/per jetski ($60 total) for gas. The water was brown and murky and smelled like gas. The jetski's looked like they came from a junk yard and were put together with duck tape and painted white to cover previous damages. They make you sign two disclaimers releasing them of any liability. Overall they made a fun and exciting experience like jet skiing into a worrisome tedious task with little recreational value. I'm sorry I brought this Groupon. You will be too. Try Clearwater or Treasure Island instead, you'll have a better time and the price is not all that different if you consider that gas fee. I ended paying a total of $160 for two jet ski's for 2 hours. By the way, their real address is 23 Oscar Hill Rd, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689.

Everything was in order but then I was asked if I was over 27. They said if you're under 27 you have to arrive an hour early to take a course. Why wasn't I told this when I first made my reservation? Good thing I called. But then, 15 minutes later I receive a call back telling me they had to cancel my reservation because they lost ALL of the keys to the jet skis. Though I didn't believe them I said fine because they promised to call me back in 2 days and "will make it up to me." Two days passed and no call. I called several numbers before I finally reach an employee and the person had no idea what I was talking about. I asked to speak with the manager and was told the manager/owner is rarely in. I won't hold my breath waiting to receive a call back. Too bad I paid in advance.
