I don't know what that sauce is, but I think I've actually dreamed about it. 5 euros for just the sandwich, or 7 en formule with soup. Not bad, right? The coziness: A little pot of tea (I like the green/citronelle tea the patronne recommended) and a cookie run me less than a latte and can diffuse my crankiest moods. Extra cozy points if it's raining outside. The vibe: the patronne is really lovely - she always gives suggestions, offers to let you taste the soup, remembers you when you come back, and as of now, runs the whole thing by herself. I like to spend the afternoon here, working and eating and smirking at people walking by outside with umbrellas. En gros: j'adore! Pas trop cher, delicieuse, bonne ambiance.
