We came in to use the machines ourselves and our experience with this was fine. Prices were a bit high, but okay considering this place was clean and well maintained. Reason for 3-stars was based on what we saw with their laundry service. This seems to be a big part of their business. We were disgusted to see that they sort people's laundry by dumping it on the laundromat floor and move it into piles. Gross!!! If I paid someone to do my laundry, I'd be pissed to know this is how they handled my stuff. And this was being done in front of the manager/owner, so this was clearly their standard practice. Knowing this, I'd definitely never take my clothes here for laundry service and I probably would find another laundromat too. Makes me question how clean the place really is.... read more

Super clean. Friendly staff. Many washers and dryers including extra large washers that hold up to 60 lbs of laundry. Free wi fi. Having to wash the musty smell out of clothes after the flood and this place made it very convenient. I still have several loads to be washed so I will be back! read more

Horrible. When I got home with my comforters last night I opened the bag and immediately knew that one wasnt mine. I had a 1 month old 1000 tc Egyptian Cotton Concierge Collection Allergen Goose Down Comforter. The one I got back not only was too small for my bed, it felt horrible, the tags were on the bottom middle- mine were on the bottom side, it smelled like old fast food, it was clearly microfiber and not 1000 tc, It was also dingy white and mine was bright and new..n and I googled the brand on the tag and it pulled up as a target brand that they sell for $29.99!!. I have my online receipt from purchase clearly shows the brand on the tag and my purchase price of $249 plus tax and shipping. I called them within 7 minutes of returning home last night and they told me they werent sure of what happened, and that there was another comforter there besides our 2, then they call me back and the boss says i can come in this morning to watch the tapes and when I called the lady who was clearly foreign was extremely rude and made me feel like this was MY fault. I paid $57 for them to wash my comforters because they have a bigger dryer than I do and i wasnt expecting to get someone elses raggedy comforter back. I want mine! They said there is nothing they can do and that is absolutely unacceptable. They changed their story since last night and said that ours were the only 2 there but that was not the case last night. Clean, polite (as I entered, I was greeted by staff), the person accepting my clothes asked questions about directions for dropped clothes. Quiet atmosphere. Laptops seems as people appeared to be using a wifi service. Plenty of windows to view outside and get the much needed vitamin D human beings need. I was deployed down to the Baton Rouge area, working 12-hour days, 7-days a week. Did not have time to do laundry. This place was perfect. Modern, efficient, courteous and they did an outstanding job on my laundry. Could not have asked for better service. What a great place! How many times have you been on the road and have to do laindry at some sleazy dirty hole in the wall? It sucks when you have to. Cyclone is 180 degrees from that! It is the cleanest, nicest place I have ever done laundry! Here for a soccer tourney. They have 20-40-60 pound machines that are fast and get the job done. Free wifi and the staff is excellent. I haven't used a laundromat in over 40 years, but a renovation at my house means the washing machine is unavailable for a few weeks. Cyclone was highly recommended by a couple of friends, so I decided to try it this morning. Great customer service which I appreciated because last time I used a laundromat, you had to go weighted down with quarters. The woman (maybe one of the owners?) behind the counter greeted me and walked me through everything and explained their costs and recommended the size of machine I needed. My clothes were washed in under 20 minutes and I was back home with 2 loads of washed clothes within an hour of leaving. I have access to my dryer, so I only had to wash clothes at Cyclone. It was clean, cool, lots of magazines to read, wi-fi available, etc. I will definitely go back next week. read more
