There are a few uphills that you have to do but nothing terrible. The bikes are mountain bikes, which I think is needed for the cobblestone streets. You learn a fair amount about the city and history. The 2 1/2 hours went by fast and I would definitely recommend it!!

I did 2 two self guided rides for a total of 100 miles (160k) that were just gorgeous! Prague country side is really set up for biking with clearly marked routes and trails. And since everyone seems to bike themselves, car drivers were very patient and respectful of bicycles on the few times I was using the same tarmac. Both my routes spent a lot of time on the river so it was really worth the effort to get up early and enjoy glistening sunshine on the water. Be advised that once you get out of town few people speak any English. As an avid cyclist I would highly recommend the shop and the ride
