Casey was such a sweet treasure of a soul. She took the time to get to know me, my needs, my personal preference and she listened without judgment!! I have been struggling with hair loss for many years and I also have thin gray hair! I brought my own shampoo and conditioner, Casey was so respectful and fairly knowledgeable about the challenges of gray hair and hair loss. I really appreciated how open she was when I shared that I preferred non-toxic, products without harmful chemicals. She even inquired about the products I brought. Hannah was so kind and welcoming, the inside of the studio is SO cute...I totally wish I would've gotten pics. But I felt right at home. We talked the whole time and the hour really went by fast. Second, I have really sensitive skin and explained how soft wax has affected my underarms (which was an at home treatment) and she made sure to use hard wax.
