I have known Mrs. West for many years.. I was having difficulties in relationships and other…read morethings. I drove there from another state. I was expecting to meet Mrs. West instead I was greeted by her daughter who was nice and well spoken. She told me after a crystal ball reading what was causing my situations. However after paying a large sum of money. It's been 3 months and nothing has been done. When I would call the daughter she would say constantly she is out of town and things were going on with her mom. In which I respected but she promised me whatever I paid for will be done. However I received a box 30 days later. This after me calling several times in 2 weeks. Followed instructions and nothing to date has changed. Mind you it's been 3 plus months give or take. I would have to call and send messages only to get replies in a week or so. When we spoke via phone she would always use her mom situation as reason for things not being done. However I have asked her for a refund several times when speaking with her, only for her to tell me I can't answer all your calls when you are feeling a certain way. I said several times in text messages to return my money and she would go off talking or texting other things but never about my money. My final straw was this week. When we talked she would bring up a past relationship and I'm like I been done with that. I am talking about my self. Soon as I hung up I sent her a text messages basically saying your a scammer and have not provided services you were paid for and since you are not refunding my money. Just keep but your services are no longer needed. That is when I blocked her. Don't get me wrong her mother is excellent. Unfortunately she was not able to assist with my situations. I have decided to allow god to take control and move on. "FYI don't go to this business for services!" Fraud!! Doesn't provided services, just takes your money and give you bull shit!!!
