From my first contact with his office I was impressed with how warm and efficient his staff were. Dr. Concannon himself did a wonderful job of educating me on my procedure, choices, and expectations. I felt he was professional yet personable and genuinely interested in helping me. They did an excellent job in all stages of my procedure, and were always quickly responsive to my emails or calls. I particularly appreciated the ability to handle some of my questions via email, as opposed to waiting on hold for 20 + minutes like I have to do to speak w/ my primary care physician's nursing staff. After my appointment, I received a letter in the mail with a synopsis of my appointment and her suggestions to help with the health concerns I had. She said she had tried to call, but couldn't reach me and wanted to make sure she followed up. I was so impressed by this gesture. I have never had a doctor send me a letter in the mail. I will surely be back and am glad to have such a caring doctor!

I made an appointment for an annual wellness check, made it clear on the phone, made it clear again to the nurse and doctor during my appointment, but ended up with a bill for something else when it was suppose to be free. Efforts to rectify it were futile as they flat out lied to my insurance company. I find it hard to believe that the three employees I interacted with made no mention in their notes of my direct answer to their direct question asking for the reason for my appointment. Wait times are incredibly long- I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment before I was seen. I am definitely switching to a new provider.
