She basically told me I would have to take her to court and then never took my calls after that day. She's a scammer for sure!! I had finally found someone within my $1000 pic budget that offered two ppl. So, I paid my deposit to book her. On the day of the wedding, she stood there very mildly taking a snap here & there as I was dressing. I decided to ask after 40 minutes if the other photographer was in the other building taking pics of the stage & visitors. She stated that she's the only one taking pics & that the other lady could not make it. I immediately was about to have a river of tears & runny make-up. I proceeded to ask why she didn't tell me the day before. She shrugged. I asked to be reimbursed some of the money due to her not holding up her word in our initial talk (why I booked her in first place). Her response was that there was absolutely nothing she could do.... She doesn't give refunds & that the price is the price regardless (shrugged again). I became really upset from her nonchalant & insensitive nature...She finally said that her mom wasn't able to come, she ended up with another session a couple of days ago for this weekend, & that she begged her to come but her mom wouldn't. We finally agreed that she'd give back 20% (documented in writing and witnessed by two others w/signatures). It has been almost 8 months since she came in to take our wedding pictures with a little mini camera. I have not received an album as promised in the contract nor a refund of any money. I've emailed every other month & even sent a Google Wallet request of the funds she agreed to give back. Nothing!!! $800 paid to her for pictures I can only see online. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMOGRAPHER- photographer! I've tried multiple times to see how the album was coming along. I wanted to send out a picture of us to our family for Christmas. I've even had a baby....still no pictures or a response from Ms. Bambi Hoggle. I will proceed with legal action.
