This was my 2nd time visiting this office as a cash patient and I was not satisfied with it. The doctors are pretty good, but the staff is bad, especially the manager, Kevin, who always seems to push you into signing up for an expensive dental plan and an online portal that are really not useful. I don't like being pushed into anything, and I hate that he always brings up that plan. He really doesn't manage the office very well and he can never tell you their standard prices. And if Kevin's not around, they leave an even more useless dummy that can't settle your bill or look up your pricing. This dental office would be good if they change that staff. read more

I had a great experience at this dentist place on Wednesday when I went here for the first time. The dentist was Dr. Brian Nguyen, and he was very friendly and he would answer all the questions that I had. He told me why I needed a deep cleaning and laser procedure done. He explained to me the difference between deep cleaning and regular cleaning. I never had a doctor that is knowledgeable and care about the patient like what this dentist did for me. The facility is very modern and clean. I highly recommend this dentist. I have been looking for a dentist for four years, and I am so glad I found one that accepted my insurance. I just paid for the deep cleaning and laser procedure done which was $340 for both. The X-rays that was done was covered by my insurance. read more

Great dentist. I went on emergency surgery and I was treated with TLC. The owner was very considerate and concerned that my blood pressure was down low enough before he could do the surgery. After it went down to where he was satisfied, he did the surgery. I did not feel him numbing my gums/jaw. I've never been to a dentist that I didn't feel the needle. He was so gentle. He pulled the tooth, surgery was a success and all is well. I'm very pleased with this dental office, staff and the owner. I highly recommend. I wish I could give Dr Brian Nguyen and his staff more than 5 stars. The office is very clean and professional. Everyone is very helpful, knowledgable, caring, and kind. I was extremely nervous after not having been to a dentist in more than 10 years. I have some significant problems with my gums and teeth. The diagnostic equipment, procedures, and efficient staff made my experience much less dramatic than I imagined it would be. I did not feel embarrassed about the condition of my teeth, was informed of my choices of materials, and can decide the timeline for my future visits. I used to come here a few time because I liked how close it was to my house. My last visit was just a check up on 7/16 and it wasn't pleasant. First of all, the dr had his assistant help who was hurting my gums and even the dr told him to "focus on the tooth" meaning stop cleaning on her gums. I even winced a few times. They were having conversations between themselves and other people, not focusing my mouth and what they were doing. I've never had a messier appointment with saliva dripping down my neck on both sides. After the cleaning, dr left and the assistant took over. Right after, my throat felt irritated on the right side only. I passed it off as irritation from the appointment and gargled with salt water. It got worse each day. Today 7/19 I'm in the emergency room with extreme pain and irritation on the same side on going. I called the dentist today just to inform them and in no way place blame. Maybe they had answers for me. The lady at the desk greeted me. When I explained I had pain and irritation from my appointment her response was "we're booked today and can't see you"... how rude... I was never asking to be seen. I was on my way to ER and figured I'd let them know since it has all been right after my visit. Go somewhere else were they actually care and the doctors do the whole appointment through and through and not pass you off. read more

During a recent visit to my credit union, I noticed that a new Dentist's Office had just opened up next door. I hadn't visited the Dentist much over the past several years due to the high cost of dentistry and a bad dental experience I previously went thru. Well, my curiosity and good fortune led me thru the doors of Cypress Dentist, and I was warmly greeted by Britany, the Office Manager, and Dr. Brian Nguyen. Both Brittany and Dr. Nguyen took the time to listen to my dental issues and financial concerns. Additionally, Dr. Nugyen invited me to tour his office, introducing me to the latest in dental technologies and services he makes available to his patients. What impressed me was the 3D printer that can make Dental Crowns within hours, the Cone Beam CT Scan that can detect broken teeth or infections in the jaw that can be hard to detect during routine dental inspections, and Lazer technology takes Oral Hygiene to a whole new level. Well, to say the least, I was blown away by this technology, but equally important, I was touched by the time they took and their genuine interest in my situation. I provided Brittany with my insurance information to see what my insurance would cover while I was with Dr. Nugyen, and I was shocked to learn I had higher insurance coverage than I thought. Upon hearing this news, I proceeded with a long overdue deep gum cleaning and scheduled a follow-up appointment to have two Crowns replaced. If shots scare you, no worries, the Doctor knows how to give near painless injections. My follow-up appointment to get my new Crowns exceeded my expectations. The shots were painless; my new Crowns were made while I waited, and they looked great and fit perfectly. What else could I ask for? I been searching for dental office for my TMJ. I woke up one time with pain on my left jaw that's been bothering me for couple of days and need to seek help asap. I spoke with Britney and she s so nice and trying to squeeze me on the day that I called but unfortunately I don't have baby sitter that day but a again she able to scheduled me the next day. This place is wonderful! The staff is nice and friendly. They all seem very family oriented. They accommodate you quickly. The dentist is so educated, welcoming, and down to earth. He has a great sense of humor too. His work was quick. Everything was all done in one day with no issues. My recovery was the fastest it has ever been. I had to have cavity work and a crown and he warned me it could be deep enough for a root canal. Even with the pre-warning he tried to preserve my tooth and save me money before automatically signing me up for a root canal. That's the first provider that hasn't tired to upsell or push for higher services. They booked an endodontist appointment the same day in the same office just in case. I ended up needing the root canal and was immediately worked on by the specialist which was easy, quick, and pain free. They have affordable payment options. Every dental experience I have had in the past has been traumatic. I am so shocked on how pleasant this was. I'm actually excited to get my smile improved and work on whatever he recommends.
