However I am unwilling to overlook that they implied we stole a single pillow and pillow case even after we told them we would go back and help them find it. The price of the pillow and case were minimal but the whole incident has left a bad taste in my mouth. Lyn barely spoke to us while we were there but seemed pleasant enough until after we left. There were no check lists to say what should of been there, therefore we have no way of knowing I the pillow was even there when we got there. It is unethical to charge customers for something that could of been a mistake on their part.
