My dentist, whom I've been going to since I was 6, suggested that I get veneers but I wasn't too crazy about the idea so I visited Dr. Nguyen upon a recommendation. I had terrible experiences with my family dentist growing up and as an adult it made me terrified to go to any dentist. I put off going for too long and as a result I needed several treatments done when I finally worked up the courage to go. I found Dr. Nguyen by looking at my in-network doctors and then researching their reviews. I am so glad I listened to the wonderful reviews he and his office had because they did not disappoint. Dr. Nguyen has always made me feel comfortable and reassured with all treatments (crowns, root canals, fillings etc) and I always feel like he takes time during my appointments so we aren't rushed. Some of my traumatic experiences from my past resulted in me no longer using Novocain during a filling as they never seemed to numb the area correctly anyways - so when I heard about all of the work I needed done I was in tears. Dr. Nguyen helped calm me down and for one of the first times ever I had a dentist who was able to complete my treatment without any pain. My family and I have been patients of his now for several years. I have been so happy to find a dentist where I am not terrified to make an appointment! I came in for my 6 month check up and also wanted to get replacement retainers made. Dr Nguyen takes the time to explain what he is going over during the cleaning and the entire team makes sure you understand everything, which I appreciate. I was able to get my retainers made at their office. They were clear about pricing and how they would keep me updated with filing a claim with my insurance as well as when my retainers will be done. Love it here. It took me a long time to stick to a dentist because I simply was not happy with the services/staff. Yes, cost is always a factor but I think I would have kept going back & financially figured it out if I left with a good vibe. I need a lot of work done and so far I am so pleased with Dr. Nguyen. His work/technique is really good. I got the in house plan for I believe around $180?? Less than $200 for sure. And so far I've saved a lot money (bridge, extractions, & more to go!) and I know this because of past experiences in other dental offices so I'm familiar with prices & procedures. Highly recommend. Emily will break down the cost for your treatments. I go in phases because I needed some extractions to heel and so each time I go in I pay for some of the cost. In January I go for a root canal and mold for my bridge & so that day I'll pay for part of it, then when it's fitting time I pay the rest. Now, every case is different I'm sure! I had a really bad toothache and as we all know, you need to see a dentist ASAP because when its that bad even Advil won't stop the pain. This is the TMI part: I needed to get 3 fillings done and usually I'm very nervous when I walk in to the dentist, but Dr. Nguyen and his staff are incredible. From the time you walk in to the time you leave the experience is very professional and amazing!!! I was greeted warmly and then shown in to a room where I had X-rays taken (awesome cause it's now all digital and no longer film pictures). After Dr. Nguyen came in and explained all of my options for procedures, we finally decided on what to do. They numbed me so I couldn't feel a thing and when I got my shots I didn't feel any prick of the needle. By far the lightest hands of any doctor I've ever had. In the blink of an eye we were done and I was walking out with another appointment for a checkup. I was seriously freaking out when my old fillings were coming out that I thought it was my actual teeth falling out, but they weren't. I had the absolute best experience at this office! I'm one of those procrastinators when it comes to the dentist and I get bad anxiety. I had a horrific toothache that woke me up at 4am on a Saturday morning and I called them as soon as they opened at 8am and they were able to get me in the same day even though there schedule was full. The lady up front was so nice I'm so bummed I forgot her name but she was helpful and made me feel at ease on the phone while scheduling me. I got there and it did not take long for them to get my info and take me back. Dr. Nguyen was so pleasant and very personable and explained everything to me and was honest. I unfortunately had to have a root canal but I am so happy he was able to do it the same day and get me out of that horrible pain! The Assistant made me feel so at ease and offered me a comfy blanket and turned on Netflix for me to watch. During the whole procedure both the asssitant and Dr. Nguyen continously asked if I was ok and he let me know his each step throughout the procedure and that made me feel incredibly comfortable and helped my anxiety a ton! I first went to Yelp & then my insurance provider to find a new dentist that was close to home. After looking through the reviews, I decided to get an appointment. The Yelp reviewers were spot on. Dr. Brian Nguyen is the best dentist I have ever had. He makes sure you are feeling okay, before, during and after the procedure. He and his staff are good, kind people, and his office is modern and clean, with a wide-screen multimedia monitor at every station. I'm very nervous during teeth cleanings and injections, but Dr. Nguyen has good hands...actually great hands. I like the fact that I didn't have to go to another place to get the right shading for my crown. It's all done there. And it takes only a week to ten days to get the crown back from the lab. The location is excellent, with plenty of parking space, next to the Target store, coffee shop, and beauty salons. Traffic inside the shopping area is below average, compared to others in the area. I hope to have Dr. Nguyen as my dentist from now on. read more

It was by chance that I found this place. I've been trying to find healthcare providers that I liked going to and that were great at what they do. Dr. Nguyen is professional, friendly, considerate, and consistent! I can tell he takes a more modern dental approach. He uses a mouthgard to keep me comfortable, always check to make sure I'm ok, very careful and gentle handed and mindful but gets the job done right. I've gotten silver fillings replaced with enamel colored fillings that looks like my own teeth. He is honest with his findings and let me know what we are keeping an eye on versus what we really should get done before it gets worse. And the numbing part.. I've had a bad experience before where the dentist injected the numbing agent but I felt it shoot up from my gums to my brain like thru a nerve. I was really nervous to where I was holding my breath, but here they do a topical numbing first and then Dr. Nguyen injects it so skillfully that you dont even feel it at all. He gives it time to really kick in before starting the procedure. He never rushes and is informative about your dental health. His staff are also very nice. Emily books my appointments and settles the bill. She's really sweet and I feel like a regular even though I only come in every 6 months. The staff is accomdating and they have a TV in each room. It helps calm my nerves with a little distraction. I would recommend this place. It's worth a try and even more as a return patient. read more
