Arriving, he helped me out if the car and helped me inside the theatre. Dora was waiting for me when the show ended. She helped me into the car and made sure I was secure. Was told the driver would be there in "20 minutes". We waited the 20 and nowhere in sight. We called and she said "10 minutes I'm close". She didn't give accurate times throughout and didn't show up until after 45 minutes! We were waiting with groceries in the sun the entire time thinking she'd be pulling up any minute. Unreliable. Had a lot of attitude when she arrived and blamed it on traffic. Any modern GPS gives live traffic estimates. Just give your customers better estimates and they won't be disappointed. Lyft and Uber are better options. Save your money. read more

Dora is truly the best. I highly recommend DADS. My teenage daughter flew by herself for the first time this summer and then had to take a car service to a destination about 1 1/2+ hours away. I was a little nervous about this and called several car services to get information. Dora really stood out. She promised she'd take good care of my daughter and keep me updated and she was true to her word. She called before and after driving her and filled me in on how things were going for my daughter. My daughter liked her very much. She was a true professional and went above and beyond my expectations. When I need a car, I only call D.A.D.S.. The drivers are nice and friendly, the cars are always clean, and I get to my destination quickly. The prices are fair. Let me start by saying, that our driver SPOILED the last three seconds of Star Wars for us... on the way to see Star Wars. Even as he started to speak, I said, "ooh.. please stop. I don't want to hear anything". But no. He HAD to proceed with his little nugget of spoilery poop. I wish that was the worst thing that happened on Saturday, but it wasn't . For our trip home, which we were told would take about 30 mins. for our car to arrive - we planned TARGET as our pick up location near the theatre to avoid all of the mall traffic. You'd think with a fleet of ONE (two at best), the dispatcher would realize when we kept calling an hour later, hour and a half later ... that this message was clearly NOT received (or delivered). Our driver sat idle at the movie theatre for 25 mins. while we were right down the street from him freezing our ears off. Each blamed the other, of course as the bickering further delayed our departure. No concession made for poor service, so here's my story for the universe to see. Save yourselves. Take Champion.
