My coworkers used cash(I don't carry that usually) so I used the app, my only "complaint/critique"(but it's business so I understand), is that I paid through the app and now have credit that I can only use at this location. BUT that's a minor thing and bigger problems in the world. The location is VERY clean, and the employees are ready to assist when someone like me can't figure out the app/scanning the machines. When I went to get quarters for my $20, the guy at the desk told me to grab a cup so I wouldn't feel like I was playing slots when all of the quarters came out. Of all the laundromats I've been to, that was the first time that had happened. Later the dryer I was using had a problem and needed the weight (clothes) redistributed. The staff member suggested I put some of my clothes in a second dryer. I didn't have my quarters with me so I went to the car to get some. I got my clothes separated and before I could put my quarters into the dryer, she swooped in and put quarters in so I didn't have to pay for the second machine. I was so surprised because I didn't expect her to do that. Now that's what I call incredible service! I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing to wash their clothes.

My laundry was taken out by an employee and I tried to stop , explaining that I was still using that dryer! She told me that this lady had been waiting for a dryer for a while. I understood and tried explaining that I still had a washer going and was slowly adding clothes to it . I had set an alarm on my phone through the app . Yet, the wifi is slow and my alarm never went off!!!! If the employee bothered to look at my phone , she would see that I had been adding time to that big dryer! AND... that it had just stopped one freaking minute before I walked to her unloading my towels and blankets! To make matters worse !!! I had offered the lady that was waiting a dryer that I had taken clothes out of and still had minutes. Mind you I've only been here twice and usually the employees will walk around and ask customers if that dryer/ washer is theirs. But not this Sunday ! I had to leave with towels and blankets still wet bc employee took them out 1 freaking minute after it stopped! Wow , thanks a lot ! And for anyone wanting to do laundry here, understand that you have to use their WIFI to use app! But be warned, it is SLOW !

I came by on a Monday and it was perfect because it wasn't too busy. All the machines that I needed to use for available for my large items, such as comforters. I was told to wait for the machine to drain but after over 3 hours it didn't drain any water out. Then I was told just leave my name and number (I do not live in this state) The manager offered no solution (she was on the phone with the staff and thought it was funny) Manager refused to give me the owners name and/or phone number and told me id just have to come back, she couldn't tell me when to come back, wouldn't call a repair person even though it was caused by their broken equipment that did the same thing last week (according to the manager) do i have to go to small claims court in this town to get my property back? The lack of accountability and problem-solving from this place is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place based on how they handled this situation.
