    Deceptive business practices. I was selling my car. I fully disclosed an issue on my car (a recall…read moreitem with a Lincoln car of which I am a victim of and Lincoln has no repair parts for yet), on the intake form, so the quoted price 'included' the disclosed issue. So when the technician was reviewing my car today, he deducted an additional $500 from my quote. I told him I had disclosed it and I wanted to see how I answered the question. He told me 'I can't see how you answered the questioned anymore because I am beyond that 'page' of my paperwork'. He told me I could back out if I was not satisfied etc... in hindsight I should have called corporate Carvana on site to settle the issue before 'signing the contract'. They will now not do anything about it because I accepted the new offer. Carvana- you need to improve your on-site processes so your technicians are able to see the intact forms at all times so the customer cans the technician can double check the answers together. This was 100% Carvanas error and on-site at the time of transaction gives the customer little recourse. Classic example of taking advantage of the customer. Do better

    I bought my car in February 2021 and thought I was getting a really good deal. A few days ago I was…read moredriving down the freeway and the front emblem cap fell right off the car. I figured no big deal right? I was completely wrong. I I just got back taking it to a VolksWagen dealership and they looked very puzzled. They asked me if the car had been in any accidents when I said no the look on their face did not look good. They said that several parts on the front end of my car don't even go to that vehicle and they were pretty sure we're not even from the manufacture. They said if I would've bought a car like that with it not being disclosed when buying a vehicle that the dealership would at least try to work with me when fixing the issue. Now when I bought the car the advertisement for it said that every single part on that car was still covered under the manufacture warranty. When in fact several thousand dollars worth of parts aren't. I follow the dealerships advice and called Carvana to see if they could help or work with me at all. They basically told me that if they didn't know they couldn't disclose that and even though it was sold with the full manufacture warranty and affect even though it wasn't that the issue would still fall on me. The most disappointing thing is how garbage the response was as well as how quick it came. You might think you were saving money and getting a good deal but you are going to pay for it in the end when the company does nothing to correct their wrongs. I never would've bought that vehicle if that was the case. I wish I didn't buy a vehicle from Carvana at all and after just getting off the phone with them I hope anyone reading this decides not to either. They were pretty quick to determine it's too late for me but the entire point of this review is please do not buy a car from Carvana. A dealership will always take better care of you. If a deal looks too good to be true it's because it is just sometimes you have to find out this way.

Once I found carvana and got a price, I wasn't going bother with anything else. I filled out all the forms and paperwork online, and setup a date the day after I picked up my new car. They arrived in the window given after calling the morning of and i had a check and my car was towed away a few hours later. The process was truly amazing and easy. Of course you need to be honest about your vehicle, which I was, and everything was as easy as possible.

Per SilverRock, Evaluated by Detroit Garage- Farmington and an independent inspector sent by SilverRock Both missed this critical finding causing the customer to pay out of pocket ($1700) for an issue that had been previously reported while the car was still under warranty. Additionally, you will see from the MB Service Center the list of items that were not in working order, damaged, or in need of repair. This list is quite extensive. This too was very disappointing as CarVana indicated that they had performed a multi-point inspection on the car prior to sale. Thus far the customer had been satisfied with the response of the SilverRock company, but this misdiagnosis by two people has caused a dissatisfied customer. BUYER BEWARE #Dissasisfied Customer
