I picked it up and the A/C was blowing cold so I was like whatever, it works. 1-2 weeks later it stops working. They told me to bring it back in. Then they give me this whole story about how they put dye in the lines and can see its leaking massively from multiple areas and would be at least $1600 to fix. I asked what the diagnostic charge was for if they never diagnosed it, just filled it up? They just talked in circles and claimed they didnt have to dye at the time and couldn't have known it was leaking blah blah blah. Total BS. The first thing they would do is check the pressure of the hoses before filling with freon and that would show immediately that it was leaking and not going to hold the freon. They filled it anyway so they could charge me more money since I already told them I would not be spending big bucks to fix this car.

They took my truck in at the scheduled time, and less than 10 mins diagnosed a rusted and broken flange from exhaust pipe. They took me into the bay and showed me the issue. Gave me amount quote and time to fix. Also showed me a secondary unrelated issue, noting it could wait but to monitor it. They were backing the truck out of the bay just as I was returning at their estimated time of completion.
